Objective:1.Through the collection and analysis of the clinical data of premature infants in our hospital,in order to understand the high risk factors of BPD in our hospital.2.To explore the clinical value of MMP-9 in the early prediction of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants by detecting the level of serum MMP-9.3.By detecting the expression level of ALKBH5,to explore the relationship between ALKBH5 and BPD,so as to provide new ideas for early prevention and treatment of BPD.Methods : 1.The infants hospitalized in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021(gestational age<32 weeks)were divided into bronchopulmonary dysplasia group(BPD)and non-bronchopulmonary dysplasia group(n BPD)according to the definition of BPD put forward by American Institute of Child Health and Human Development in 2001.The clinical data of all patients were collected,including the general data of the children,the condition of the mother during pregnancy,the hospitalization measures of the children,and so on.2.The concentration of serum MMP-9 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).3.The relative expression level of ALKBH5 was measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction(q-PCR).4.The statistical method uses SPSS25.0 statistical software to make the final statistical analysis of the data.The measurement data are expressed by mean ±standard deviation(X ±S),which accords with the normal distribution and satisfies the homogeneity of variance.T-test is used,and nonparametric test is used if it is not satisfied.The counting data were expressed as an example(%)and 2-test was used.The difference was statistically significant in Probit regression analysis.Draw receiveroperatorcharacteristic(ROC)curve,calculate the area under the curve(AUC),calculate the most approximate index,and obtain the best critical value,sensitivity and specificity of MMP-9 for predicting bronchopulmonary dysplasia.The area under the ROC curve(AUC)is more than 0.7,which indicates that it has a certain diagnostic value.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:1.A total of 59 children were included in this study,including 31 cases in BPD group and 28 cases in non-BPD group.Univariate analysis showed that the clinical data of the two groups included gestational age(d),birth weight(g),premature rupture of membranes,prenatal glucocorticoid use,tracheal intubation,PS application and blood transfusion treatment.There were significant differences between the two groups.2.The concentration of serum MMP-9 in BPD group was significantly higher than that in non-BPD group(P <0.05).3.The expression level of ALKBH5 in BPD group was significantly higher than that in non-BPD group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Gestational age(d),birth weight(g),premature rupture of membranes,prenatal glucocorticoid use,tracheal intubation,PS application and blood transfusion therapy are closely related to the occurrence of BPD.2.The increase of serum MMP-9 is related to the occurrence of BPD.The detection of serum MMP-9 in premature infants is helpful for the early diagnosis of BPD.3.ALKBH5 may play a regulatory role in the occurrence and development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia and participate in the occurrence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
