Clinical Observation Of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined With Scalp Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on dysphagia after stroke in a randomized controlled study.Methods:In strict accordance with the relevant standards established by the Institute,60 patients who met the standards were selected from the acupuncture clinic and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2021 to February 2021.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.All patients were given basic stroke treatment and individualized treatment for each patient,at the same time,the treatment group plus xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp needle;The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.All patients were treated with acupuncture once a day,6 times a week for a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the water swallowing test(WST),functional oral intake scale(FOIS)and gugging swallowing screen(GUSS)were evaluated respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by comparing the cure rate of the two groups after treatment.Results:1.Intra-group evaluation indexes of 2 groups before and after treatment were compared,and it was found that WST,FOIS and GUSS were improved in 2 groups after treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.When the treatment was finished,we compared the evaluation indexes of the two groups and it was found that the improvement degree of WST,FOIS and GUSS in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).3.When the treatment was finished,we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.In the treatment group,4 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective and 0 cases fell off.The total effective rate was86.67%;In the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective and 0 cases fell off.The total effective rate was76.67%.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).When the treatment was finished,we compared the evaluation indexes of the two groups.It was found that the improvement of WST,FOIS and GUSS in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture and traditional acupuncture have obvious curative effects in the treatment of post-stroke swallowing disorder,which can improve the degree of swallowing disorder and improve the quality of life of patients.Xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture in improving the severity of swallowing disorder,improving oral feeding ability,increasing oral feeding types and clinical curative effect.It can be seen that Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is effective in the treatment of poststroke dysphagia,and the treatment pain is small,non-toxic side effects,should continue to study and widely used in clinical...
