Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes Of Recurrent COVID-19 Patients In Northern China(in The Region) And Observation On Curative Effect Of Fuyang Kaibi Soup

Objective:To summarize and analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes,immune inflammation examination and pulmonary inflammation and infection of patients with COVID-19 repositive in north China(in the region),and observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Fuyang Kaibi Soup for repositive COVID-19 patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients were randomly divided into Lianhua Qingwen Granule group and Fuyang Kaibi Soup group.The nucleic acid test turning negative time,hospitalization days and cure rate of patients in the two groups were compared,and the changes of laboratory indicators,anxiety scale score and depression scale score of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated.Results:1.The three main symptoms of COVID-19 repositive patients were fatigue(67.5%),pharyngeal discomfort(60%)and chest tightness(48.33%).Tongue body fat,teeth marks,dry;The tongue is dark red and red crimson;Tongue coating more yellow greasy,white greasy,less or no moss;Pulse conditions are thin,slippery,slippery and weak.Immune inflammation indicators PCT,CRP and D-DI were all within the normal range.The infection rate of lung inflammation was 10% in patients with COVID-19 repositive,and the infection site was distributed in the middle of both lungs.2.After treatment,PLT count in Fuyang Kaibi Soup group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the decrease was better than that in Lianhua Qingwen Granule group.The WBC,NEU and EOS counts in 2 groups were increased,while Ly counts were decreased,but the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compared with Lianhua Qingwen Granule group,the nucleic acid test turning negative time and hospital stay days of Fuyang Kaibi Soup group were significantly shortened(P < 0.05),and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Depression Scale were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).The cure rates of both groups were 100%,and no adverse reactions and side effects were found.Conclusions:1.The majority of COVID-19 repositive patients in the north(in the region)are male,and their clinical symptoms are mainly fatigue,pharyngeal discomfort,chest tightness,and the syndrome type is mainly lung qi deficiency,liver depression and phlegm turbidity.2.Fuyang Kaibi Soup is safe and effective in treating patients with recurrent new coronavirus pneumonia,Fuyang Kaibi Soup can improve the level of laboratory indexes in patients with relapse of new coronavirus pneumonia;shorten the time to conversion of nucleic acid test and hospitalization;reduce the HAMA score and HAMD score.The efficacy of Fuyang Kaibi Soup is superior to that of Lianhua Qingfei Granules,and is worthy of clinical application.
