Purpose:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of partial inte rnal sphincter fasciotomy through sacrococcygeal approach surger y combined with originally Catharsis Decoction in the treatment o f female outlet obstructive constipation.Material and method:From March 2021 to March 2022,80 f emale patients with outlet obstructive constipation who met the c riteria of this study were selected from the anorectal clinic of He ilongj iang College of traditional Chinese medicine and hospitaliz ed for surgery, they were irregularly splitby therapy groups and contrastgroups. The therapy group wasremedied with partial releas e of internal sphincter fasciotomy through sacrococcygeal approa ch combined with postoperative oral Catharsis Decoction, and the contrastgroup wasremedied with closed repair(block operation).Ob serve the contrast group and the therapy group before and after treatment of feeling during defecation, including postoperative p ain, bleeding, urinary retention, infection, anal stenosis, the abov e complications. After the observation results are converted into statistical data, the statistical software SPSS.26 is used analysis and comparison of clinical observation data. Results:After the two groups were enrolled, the age and cour se of disease of the two groups were statistically analyzed(P>0.0 5),there was no significant difference between the two groups, and the two groups were comp arable. The analysis of the results is as follows:partial internal sphincter chlamydial band release fro m sacrococcygeal approach combined with postoperative originall y Catharsis Decoction in the treatment of block in the treatment o f female outlet obstructive constipation.(1)ODS score:After treatment, the total score of ODS decrea sed in both groups, which proved that both groups could improve the related condition of patients with outlet obstructive constipat ion. After treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group wa s better than that of the control group(P<0.05),It can be conclu ded that after the partial release of the chlamydial band from the sacrococcygeal approach combined with oral self-made Tongbian decoction, the overall curative effect of the patients is better tha n that of the block operation in terms of the patient’s defecation t ime, defecation times, stool characteristics, whether there is a se nse of blockage in the anus, whether there is a sense of endless d efecation, whether it is necessary to manually assist defecation a nd assist enema defecation, and the overall curative effect of the p atients is still better than that of the control group in the above a spects.(2)Assessment of the quality of TCM syndrome:after treatm ent,the individual TCM syndrome score in the treatment group an d control group was abated with a statistically significant(each P<0.05),indicating that both groups may improve the primary TC M syndromes related to constipation and related to each other. The care effects of TCM syndromes in the group were more i mprovementthan those in the therapy group(each P<0.05),but the curative effects of the two groups were the same in the improvem ent of mood depressed and irritable(P>0.05).(3)Postoperative complications:the total complication rate i n the therapy group was 3 2.50%,significantly lower than 55.00%in the contrast group. It can be judged to that the therapy group was less possibility to suffer from soreness, bleeding, wound infe ction, urinary retention and rectal stenosis than those in the contr ol group(P<0.05).(4)Clinical efficacy:According to this clinical observation,The two groups were parallelled effectiveness of clinical treatme nt.The overall effective rate of the therapy group was 92.50%,w hich was higher than that of the control group 82.50%with a stati stically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Tongbian drink is effective in avo iding the symptoms of difficult defecation in patients with consti pation after operation;Partial release of the internal sphincter ch lamydial band via sacrococcygeal approach is simple, minimally i nvasive and effective in the treatment of female outlet obstructiv e constipation; This operation combined with self-made tongbiany in combined treatment scheme has significant clinical efficacy an d high safety in the treatment of female outlet obstructive constip ation, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
