| Objective:By observing the changes of pain, quality of life, adverse reactions and other related data in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in gastric cancer, and observing the effect of two regimens of opioid analgesia and endogenous field hyperthermia combined with opioid analgesia in improving cancer pain,it is concluded that Clinical exploration of the value of hyperthermia in the treatment of cancer pain synergies or reduces adverse reactions provides a reference to improve the analgesic effect of cancer pain as much as possible.Method:The patients selected for this study were from 64 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in gastric cancer who were admitted to the Oncology Department of Wuhan Sixth Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.The grouping strategy was random number table grouping method, and the patients were divided into hyperthermia combined with opioids group and opioid alone group, with 32 patients in each group. The opioid alone group strictly followed the relevant pain treatment plan in the "NCCN Guidelines for Adult Cancer Pain Control(2016 Edition)",and was treated with opioid analgesics after titration, and the hyperthermia combined with opioids group was based on this The HG-2000 extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia machine was used to implement endogenous field hyperthermia assisted analgesia, and the treatment time in both groups was 16 days.By comparing the changes of pain, quality of life, adverse reactions and other related data before and after treatment, the synergistic effect of hyperthermia and the value of reducing adverse reactions were comprehensively evaluated.Result:At 3d after treatment, the NRS score of study group was(2.88 ± 0.79),NRS score of control group was(4.06 ± 0.72),NRS score was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);at 3d and 16 d after treatment, study group was significantly less than control group(P <0.05).The comparison of the data between the two groups after treatment showed that the PF,SF,RF,and GL scores in the hyperthermia combined with opioids group were significantly higher than those in the opioid alone group, with statistical differences(P<0.05);The scores of PA,CO,and SL in the hyperthermia combined with opioids group were significantly lower than those in the opioid alone group, with statistical differences(P<0.05);within 3d after treatment The incidence of BTc P was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).There was no abnormality in laboratory indicators such as blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, and vital signs in the two groups of patients. The main systemic adverse reactions were somnolence,CO,AP,N&V,dizziness, skin The adverse reactions caused by opioids such as mucosal lesions were gradually improved after symptomatic treatment. There was no statistical difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Hyperthermia combined with opioids in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain in gastric cancer has better clinical efficacy than opioids alone, and is more effective than opioids alone in reducing pain intensity and improving quality of life.Better results.2.Hyperthermia combined with opioids in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain in gastric cancer can significantly reduce the dosage of opioids, reduce the incidence of burst pain, and play an auxiliary analgesic effect.3.Hyperthermia combined with opioids is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain in gastric cancer, and there is no increase in adverse reactions in the combined treatment, and the drug safety is high, which is worthy of popularization and application. |
