| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of TCM directional drug permeation therapy combined with Yishen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and renal injury of spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,in order to provide more treatment methods for elderly patients with hypertension and renal injury.Methods: A total of 60 elderly patients with renal injury due to spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given diet guidance,antihypertensive basic western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine decoction yishen Huoxue decoction oral.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was treated with directional permeation therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy is applied to spleen,shenshu and diaphragm acupoints,once a day,20 min each time,2 weeks as a course of treatment,2courses of observation.Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in both groups were recorded every morning and evening during the experiment.The laboratory indicators(GFR,Scr,CYS-C,MALB,urine β2-MG),clinical symptoms and signs,and safety indicators of 2 groups were monitored and recorded before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of patients during the trial were observed and recorded.After the end of the test,the collected data were statistically analyzed to get the results and conclusions.Results:1.Disease efficacy: in the treatment group,11 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,7 cases were stable,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%;In the control group,1 case was significantly effective,11 cases were effective,12 cases were stable and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80.0%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.2.Antihypertensive efficacy: in the treatment group,19 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%;In the control group,there were 10 cases of marked effect,15 cases of effective,5 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.3%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group.3.TCM syndrome efficacy: in the treatment group,15 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%;In the control group,8 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80.0%.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than the control group.4.Laboratory indicators: After treatment,the levels of GFR,Scr,CYS-C,MALB and urine β2-Mg in 2 groups were significantly improved,except that there was no significant difference in CYS-C index between the two groups(P > 0.05),the improvement of other laboratory indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Safety indicators: There were no obvious abnormalities during the test,and no adverse reactions such as skin allergy occurred.Conclusion:1.Targeted drug penetration therapy combined with Yishen Huoxue Decoction has good effects on blood pressure control;2.TCM directional drug penetration therapy combined with Yishen Huoxue Decoction is beneficial to protect renal function and reduce urinary protein;3.On the basis of conventional treatment,directional drug permeation therapy of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine has a significant effect on elderly patients with hypertension and kidney damage with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,which is worthy of popularization and application. |
