Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Juvenile Pseudomyopia(deficiency Of Heart And Spleen)by Pressing Needle Combined With Thunder-fire Moxibustion

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of juvenile pseudo-myopia with deficiency of heart and spleen,which is helpful to further explore the difference of curative effect between acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion and acupuncture single therapy in the treatment of juvenile pseudo-myopia with deficiency of heart and spleen,and to promote the application of acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in juvenile pseudo-myopia,and provide a new clinical treatment method for intervention of juvenile pseudo-myopia with external Chinese medicine in the future.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,76 cases(152eyes)of adolescent pseudomyopia with deficiency of both heart and spleen were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.During the treatment,4 children were dropped off and excluded,and 36 cases(72 eyes)were actually completed in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.The treatment time of each group was 6 weeks.The changes of naked eye vision and diopter were observed before and after treatment,and the data were statistically processed,and a conclusion was drawn.Results:1.General data evaluation:There is no significant difference in age,sex,naked eye vision and diopter before treatment between the two groups,which is comparable(P>0.05).2.Observation index evaluation:By comparing the values of naked eye vision and diopter before and after treatment between the two groups,both the treatment group and the control group can improve the naked eye vision and diopter(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group is more significant.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50% and that of the control group was 65.28%,and the total curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety evaluation:There were no related adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Pressing acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy and pressing acupuncture monotherapy can improve naked eye vision and reduce diopter in a short period of time for children with juvenile pseudomyopia(deficiency of heart and spleen),and comprehensive therapy has more advantages than pressing acupuncture monotherapy.2.Pressing acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in treating juvenile pseudomyopia(deficiency of heart and spleen),with high patient compliance and safe clinical application,which is conducive to popularization and use.
