Nowadays,more and more doctors seek to fulfill the social responsibility of scientific dissemination of knowledge and warm doctor-patient relationship through We Media,which is also the practice of journalistic professionalism that conforms to the trend of the times and bravely undertakes the health mission.Doctors’ We Media have blossomed everywhere,and play a significant role in crushing health rumors as the same as in meeting the health information needs for the public.However,how to express opinions and how to popularize health science has also become a thorny problem that the doctors have to solve urgently.At the moment of the rapid development of integrated media,narrative medicine,as an emerging direction of doctors’ science creation,has attracted lots of doctors to actively devote themselves to the cause of health science popularization.Taking the "Listen to Dr.Li" We Chat public account for example in the thesis,the researcher collected the original articles of the We Chat public account from April 2019 to October 2021,and took 27 of them as a sample.At the same tame,this thesis adopted the rooted theoretical research method and depth interview method,and took the value guidance path of doctors’ We Media as the research object,and studied the communication significance of the doctors in the We Media narrative medical practice,in an effort to discover the problems in the process of doctors’ We Media value guidance.This thesis proposes an optimization strategy for doctors to guide the value of We Media.The thesis used 27 narrative medical articles for in-depth decomposition,three-lever coding of samples with the help of NVivo 12 software,and summarized 111 initial concepts and 17 categories in 8041 "nodes".This thesis strove to reveal the media image of doctors,the media image of patients and their families and the value connotation hidden in the narrative medical stories.Totally,this thesis summed up the highlights of the value guidance of We Chat public accounts from the perspective of Narrative Medicine Theory,and analyzed the realistic predicament of doctors from the media.The thesis found that the number gave full play to the scientific power of narrative medicine and let more people better understand medicine and the human body.Through one story after another,the "Listen to Dr.Li" We Chat public account reproduces the diagnosis and treatment process of doctors" which is according to logical reasoning to achieve the dissemination of health knowledge.Firstly,it guides people to establish a correct attitude of diseases,and guides people to have good "medical morality" and civilized medical treatment.Secondly,it guides people to understand death rationally while paying attention to patients and pay attention to the disease.It also helps people to have a correct outlook on life and medicine.Thirdly,it builds to the good partnership between doctors and patients and the collective relationship of colleagues by restoring the true image of doctors,including of patients and their families.Finally,it guides people to enhance their trust in medical treatment,and thus improve the effectiveness of doctor-patient interaction,also improving the medical literacy of the public,and changing the old medical concepts of the public.At the same time,it is conducive to building a doctor-patient relationship that works side by side.This is a new attempt and a way worthy of deep cultivation,and it is expected that the team of doctors’ We Media will continue to grow and help build the Healthy China.
