Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding combined with pricking and bloodletting in the treatment of post-stroke hemisensory disorders, and to provide clinical basis for catgut embedding combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting in the treatment of hemiparesthesia after stroke.Furthermore,a more effective clinical treatment plan for treating hemisensory disorders after stroke is provided. And further improve the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of partial body sensory disturbance after stroke. Methods: a total of 72 patients with hemiparesthesia after stroke were collected in this clinical study. The cases were all from patients in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Department of Encephalopathy in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021.The diagnostic criteria of this disease were met.Firstly,72 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with catgut embedding combined with puncture and bloodletting therapy, catgut embedding once every 15 days, and 2 times constituted a course of treatment, with a total of one course of treatment.Bloodletting was performed every other day,and 4 weeks were a course of treatment, with a total of 1 course of treatment.36 patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture at the same acupoints as catgut embedding, once a day, each treatment time was 30 minutes, continuous treatment for 5 days within 1 week, rest for 2 days,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 treatment a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patients in the two groups were observed and evaluated by sensory impairment evaluation score scale and modified Barthel Index Scale(MBI).Make statistical analysis and draw a conclusion.result:(1)Before treatment, the general data of the two groups were compared, and there were no significant differences in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.(2)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in sensory disturbance score and MBI score between the two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that they were comparable.(3)Comparison after treatment:(1)Comparison of sensory impairment assessment scores: The scores of sensory disturbance between the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of sensory disturbance between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).These results indicated that the two treatment methods were effective in improving sensory function, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Comparison of MBI score: Compared with before treatment,MBI score in 2groups was improved, with significant difference(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between groups in MBI score(P<0.05).It is suggested that both treatment methods are effective in improving daily living ability, and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy scores: After treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was79.41%.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the overall effective rate,it can be found that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Catgut embedding combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting and conventional acupuncture have a certain effect on the treatment of hemiparesthesia after stroke. However, the clinical effect of catgut embedding combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting is better than that of routine acupuncture.(2)Catgut embedding combined with collateral puncture and bloodletting has better curative effect than conventional acupuncture, and the interval between each treatment is long,It can alleviate patients’ fear of acupuncture and is worthy of promotion. |
