Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Erythema Nodosum With Simiao Sanjie Decoction Combined With Tuoyu San

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Simiao Sanjie Decoction combined with Tuoyu San in the treatment of erythema nodosum(damp-heat stasis syndrome).Methods: A total of 108 patients with erythema nodosum(damp-heat stasis syndrome)conforming to inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into three groups.During clinical observation,2 patients fell off,and actually completed treatment group 1(35 cases),treatment group 2(36 cases),and control group(35 cases).Oral Simiao Sanjie Decoction combined with Tuoyu San for external use(treatment group 1)and Simiao Sanjie Decoction(treatment group 2)and Tongsaimai Tablet(control group)were given respectively.The total period of treatment is 4 weeks.Before treatment,after2 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of skin lesions and syndromes of the patients were recorded,and the related changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and anti-O value before and after treatment were compared with those of the control group,and finally the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of skin lesions and syndromes of the three groups of patients were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in the three groups had a certain effect on erythema nodosum.Through the pairwise comparison between the groups,the total scores of skin lesions and syndromes in the treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were all P<0.05,explain differences between the treatment results of three groups of patients,and the comparison between the two treatment way are all P<0.05,suggesting that there are differences in the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients,and the improvement of skin lesions symptoms in the treatment group 1 is better than that in the treatment group 2,and both treatment groups are better than the control group.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and anti-O value in the three groups were significantly decreased,and the degree of decrease in treatment group 1 was more obvious.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group1(91.43%)was higher than that of treatment group 2(88.89%)and higher than that of control group(82.86%),the clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.External application of Simiao Sanjie Decoction combined with Tuoyu San can significantly improve the symptoms of skin lesions in patients with erythema nodosum(damp heat and blood stasis syndrome).2.The external application of Simiao Sanjie Decoction combined with Tuoyu San can significantly improve the ESR and anti-O levels of patients.3.The external application of Simiao Sanjie Decoction combined with Tuoyu San is a safe and effective method for the treatment of erythema nodosum(damp heat and blood stasis syndrome).
