To Observe The Curative Effect Of Invigorating Spleen Eliminating Dampness And Resolving Stasis Recipe On Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy By Syndrome Element Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To observe the effect of Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium glycosides on the total weight and related clinical indicators of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)in which the syndrome element is differentiated into dampness,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium glycosides on IMN.Methods:A total of 60 patients who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 and were in accordance with IMN and wet syndrome according to syndrome differentiation were selected.The patients were divided into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)by using random number table,and both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment+Tripterygium glycosides+Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe,while the control group was treated with basic treatment+Tripterygium glycosides+musk mallow Capsule,with the treatment lasting for 12 weeks.Serum phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2R)antibody level,total weight of dampness syndrome element,24-hour urine protein quantification(24hUPQ),serum creatinine(Scr),albumin(Alb),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransaminase(AST)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total weight of wet syndrome factors in both groups was lower than that in the same group before treatment(P <0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the total weight of wet syndrome factors in both groups was lower than that in the same group after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).In the comparison between groups,the total weight of dampness syndrome elements in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment(P< 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the 24-hour 24 hUPQ,Scr,TG and TC of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group(P < 0.05),and the Alb was higher than that before treatment in the same group(P < 0.05).The AST of the treatment group was higher after 4weeks of treatment than that of the same group before treatment(P < 0.05).The Alb and TC of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,24 hUPQ,PLA2 R antibody,TG and TC in both groups were lower than those in the same group for 4 weeks(P< 0.05),and Alb was higher than those in the same group for 4 weeks(P< 0.05).The 24-hour 24 hUPQ,TG,TC and Alb in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the 24-hour 24 hUPQ,PLA2 R antibody,TG,TC of patients in both groups were lower than those in the same group for 8 weeks(P< 0.05),and Alb was higher than those in the same group for 8 weeks(P < 0.05).The 24 hUPQ,PLA2 R antibody,TG,TC and Alb in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P< 0.05).3.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was70.00%,and that of the control group was 46.67%,which was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).4.No adverse safety incidents occurred during the project.Conclusion:1.Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside can improve the clinical symptoms of IMN patients with dampness syndrome.2.Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside can reduce the total weight of dampness syndrome factors in IMN patients.3.Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside can reduce 24 hUPQ and PLA2 R antibody titers,TG and TC,and increase Alb in IMN patients.4.The effective rate of Spleen eliminating dampness and resolving stasis recipe combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in treating IMN patients is better than that of musk mallow Capsule combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside.
