Objective: Observing the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PMFT)in the treatment of female mild and moderate Stress urinary incontinence to provide a new therapeutic idea for clinical treatment. Methods: According to the criteria,70 patients with mild to moderate SUI were randomly divided into control group(n = 35)and treatment group(n= 35).The control group received regular PMFT.The patients were instructed to contract the pelvic floor muscle for not less than 3 seconds, relax for 2-6seconds,do 15-30 minutes of training three times a day or 150-200 times a day for 10 weeks. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture,selecting bilateral BL23,BL28 and BL35 acpoints, puncturing the acupoints to produce a feeling of needling, and then connecting the left and right acupoints with the KWD-808 I electro-acupuncture therapeutic apparatus to connect them across the spine, intermittent wave was selected, the intensity was adjusted to the maximum patient tolerance, the needle was retained for 30 minutes, and the treatment will given 3 times a week for 8 weekst, halfway if there is the menstrual period, the treatment will be delayed. Before and after treatment,1h pad test,72 h urinary incontinence times,ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL were used to estimate the patients, then the statistical data are imported into SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.Before the start of treatment, all baselines in the treatment group and the control group were equal. After treatment,1h pad test,72 h urinary incontinence times,ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL in 2 groups were significantly ameliorated, with significant differences within and between groups(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.After treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared. In the treatment group,1 case was cured(3.03%),17 cases were significantly effective(51.51%),13 cases were effective(39.39%),2 cases were ineffective(6.06%),the total effective rate was93.94%;In the control group,0 case was cured(0%),10 cases were significantly effective(31.25%),17 cases were effective(53.13%),and 5cases were ineffective(15.63%).The total effective rate was 84.38%.After statistical analysis, the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).3.Evaluation of 1h pad test in patients after 4 weeks of treatment. The treatment group completed the treatment of 33 cases,0 cases recurred;the control group completed the treatment of 32 cases,7 cases recurred, the recurrence rate was 21.88%.The statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant(p < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training and pelvic floor muscle training were effective in the treatment of the FSUI.2.The effect of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training is better than that of simple pelvic floor muscle training.3.The short-term recurrence rate of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training is lower than that of pelvic floor muscle training.
