Clinical Efficacy Of Buyi Feishen Recipe Combined With Six-Word Formula In The Treatment Of Stable COPD Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi And Its Effect On Complement C3 And C4

Objective: To observing the clinical effect of Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula on stable COPD(syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi)and its impact on serum complement C3,C4 before and after treatment,at the same time,explaining the influence on the life quality of patients,so as to provide new thinking ways of diagnosing and treatment and empirical basis for patients with stable COPD(syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi).Methods: All the patients selected in this study met the inclusion criteria,all the 68 patients were randomly divided into t he control group and treatment group,with 34 subjects in each group.During the course of the trial,1 case fell off in the control group and 2 were eliminated off in the treatment group,and 65 cases actually participated in the trial.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalant(specification:50/250ug).Treatment group: add the Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was3 months.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome points(single points + total points),CAT score,and complement C3 and C4 indexes in the two groups before and after treatment.Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS24.0.Result:1.Both treatment groups could reduce the TCM syndrome points(total points + individual points),and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).2.The total response rate was 75.76% in the control group and 87.50% in the treatment group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Both treatment groups reduced the patient’s CAT score,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).4.Both groups could improve the serum complement C3 and C4 content of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.During the trial observation period,there were no obvious abnormal changes in the safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,indicating the high safety of this trial met hod.Conclusion:1.Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula can improve cough,sputum,wheezing,shortness of breath,waist and knee weakness,fatigue,tinnitus and urination frequency in stable COPD(syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi),with good clinical effects.2.Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula can reduce the CAT score of patients with stable COPD(syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi)more significantly,thus improving the quality of life of patients.3.Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula can improve the complement C3 and C4 in patients with stable COPD(syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney qi).4.Buyi Feishen Recipe combined with six-word formula is simple,safe and reliable,and has obvious curative effect,which provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas and empirical basis for patients with stable COPD stage,and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
