| Objective:In this study,Yiguanjian plus or minus combined with scrapping therapy was used to treat MPS with kidney deficiency and liver depression.By comparing the collected data,the clinical efficacy was observed,and the safety and effectiveness of this therapy were further evaluated,so as to provide new experience and ideas for the treatment of this disease and effective basis for clinic.Methods:In this study,68 MPS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.In the study,1 case in each group fell off,and 66 cases completed the final test.The treatment group(33 cases)was treated with modified Yiguanjian combined with scraping,while the control group(33 cases)was treated with modified Yiguanjian.Scraping therapy was given once a week,taking one dose of traditional Chinese medicine every day,with two weeks as a course of treatment,with two courses of treatment,that is,four weeks in total.After stopping treatment for one month,the patients in the two groups who were judged to be cured,markedly effective and effective were followed up.The TCM syndrome score,improved Kupperman score,MENQOL score and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment and follow-up.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis and curative effect evaluation.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.88(4),and that of the control group is 69.70(4).P = 0.024 < 0.05,with statistical significance.It is suggested that both methods can improve the clinical symptoms of MPS patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and the clinical effect of modified Yiguanjian combined with scraping is better than that of modified Yiguanjian alone.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is90.91(4),and that of the control group is 78.79(4).P = 0.034 < 0.05,with statistical significance.It is suggested that both treatment methods are effective in improving menopausal symptoms of TCM,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and there was statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups(P < 0.05);P < 0.05,with statistical significance.It is suggested that both groups of treatment can improve TCM syndromes of MPS patients,and the effect of the treatment group is more obvious.4.Comparison of improved Kupperman score: the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and there was statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups(P < 0.05);P < 0.05,with statistical significance.It is suggested that both groups can relieve menopausal symptoms,and the effect of the treatment group is more obvious.5.MENQOL score comparison: after treatment,the scores of all dimensions and the total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the vasomotor dimension,psychological dimension,physiological dimension and total score were all P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Sexual life dimension P > 0.05,no statistical significance.It is suggested that both treatment methods can improve the quality of life of menopausal women,and the effect of the treatment group is more obvious in improving the vasomotor state,psychological state and physiological state.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving sexual life.6.Comparison of follow-up: The scores of TCM syndromes,improved Kupperman score,MENQOL scores and total scores of the two groups at follow-up were all lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the follow-up,all the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(except the sexual dimension),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).It is suggested that both groups of treatment have a good lasting effect,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both treatment methods of Yiguanjian plus or minus combined with scraping and oral Yiguanjian plus or minus can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of MPS patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and the curative effect is remarkable.2.The treatment method of Yiguanjian plus or minus combined with scraping has more advantages in improving TCM syndromes and relieving menopausal symptoms,and the curative effect is more obvious.3.Both treatment methods can improve the quality of life of menopausal women,but in improving vasomotor state,psychological state and physiological state,the treatment effect of Yiguanjian plus or minus combined with scraping is more obvious,while in improving sexual life state,there is no significant difference between Yiguanjian plus or minus combined with scraping treatment and oral Yiguanjian plus or minus treatment alone.4.Modified Yiguanjian combined with scrapping therapy has definite curative effect,little adverse reaction and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
