| Objective:By observing and comparing the Improve of the situation of upper limb motor function of stroke patients in convalescent stage before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect of traditional function method of Yi Jin Jing meridian was evaluated, and its effect and significance on upper limb rehabilitation of stroke patients were discussed. Methods:According to the research requirements and design principles and standards of the clinical trial,40 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria of the trial were divided into two groups: control group(n = 20)and observation group(Yi Jin Jing meridian group)(n = 20).In the control group, the patients were given routine rehabilitation training by professional rehabilitation therapists, each training time was 20 minutes, once a day,5days as a course of treatment, with an interval of 2 days between the two courses of the treatment,a total treatment was 4 weeks. The observation group(Yi Jin Jing meridian group): on the basis of the treatment in the control group, the traditional Yi Jin Jing meridian training was conducted by the Yi Jin Jing meridian trainer, each training time was 20 minutes, once a day,5days as a course of treatment, with an interval of 2 days between the two courses of the treatment,a total treatment was 4 weeks. The surface EMG scores of biceps and triceps during the maximum isometric contraction of biceps and triceps on the affected side were detected before and after training, and the synergistic contraction rate was calculated. The range of motion of the active joint was analyzed and measured, and the modified Ashworth muscle tension grading method was used to evaluate the muscle tension of the affected upper limb, and Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function scale(FMA-UL)was used to score the motor function of the upper limb on the affected side, and the modified Barthel Index Assessment Scale(MBI)was used to assess the patient’s ability to perform activities of daily living.Furthermore, the therapeutic effect of traditional function method Yi Jin Jing meridian on upper limb motor function in convalescent stroke patients was observed and evaluated.Result:1.Comparison of baseline dataBefore the beginning of the trial, the data of the number of patients, age, sex, affected side, course of disease and type of stroke between the two groups were compared and analyzed, which showed that there was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable to clinical trials.2.Recovery of muscle synergistic contraction abilityCompared with before treatment, the synergistic contraction rate of flexion / extension of elbow joint in the two groups was significantly decreased after the treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);and the synergistic contraction rate of muscle of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Recovery of the condition of the range of upper limn jointCompared with before treatment, the range of motion of shoulder active joint limb motor function in the two groups was significantly increased after the treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);and after 4 weeks of the treatment, the improved of the ange of motion of shoulder active joint limb motor function of the observation group was more significantly than that of the control group.(P<0.05).4.Recovery of spasticity of upper limbCompared with before treatment, the modified Ashworth spasm grade in the two groups was significantly decreased after treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);and the modified Ashworth spasm graden of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Recovery of upper limb motor functionCompared with before treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores of upper limb motor function(FMA-UL)in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);and the FMA-UL scores of upper limb motor function of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Recovery of activities of daily living activiesCompared with before treatment, the score of modified Barthel index(MBI)in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);and compared with the control group’s ability to perform activities of daily living after 4 weeks of treatment, the MBI score of the observation group was more significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yi Jin Jing meridian can significantly improve the ability of upper limb muscles to contract synergistically in convalescent patients with stroke.e,reduce muscle tone, and improve the range of motion of upper limb joints.2.Yi Jin Jing meridian can promote the recovery of upper limb motor function of patients during the recovery period of stroke, and improve the patient’s daily living ability. |
