Clinical Observation Of Double Acupunctuer Combined With Exercise Therapu In The Treatment Of Lower Limb Dyskinesia In The Convalescent Stage Of Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdominal double acupuncture combined with Meridian Needling in the treatment of Lower Limb Dyskinesia in the convalescent stage of stroke.Methods:1.Sixty patients with lower limb dyskinesia in the convalescent stage of stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.2.The treatment group was treated with abdominal double acupuncture and Meridian Needling to treat lower limb dyskinesia in the recovery period of stroke.Both groups were treated with routine basic drugs and walking training.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at bilateral Tianshu points and walking training combined with the patients for 10 minutes.After exercise,routine acupuncture was used,once a day,for 6 consecutive days,one day off,and 4 weeks as a course of treatmentt.3.The simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score(FM A),activity of daily living score(ADL),neurological deficit score(NDS)and modified Ashworth scale were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Intra group comparison:after treatment,the simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA),ability of daily living score(ADL)and neurological deficit score(NDS)of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Both groups can effectively improve the motor function of patients with lower limb dyskinesia during stroke recovery.2.Comparison between groups:after treatment,there were very significant differences in simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA),ADL and NDS(P<0.0 1),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Effective rate statistics:after one course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%and that of the control group was 79.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Abdominal double acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the FMA scoers,ADL scores and NDS scores of patients with lower limb dyskinesia in the recovery period of stroke.2.The curative effect of abdominal double acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture in the treatment of Lower Limb Dyskinesia in the convalescent stage of stroke is better than that of routine acupuncture.
