Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Doctor-patient Relationship In The Context Of New Medical Reform

For a long time,with the uncoordinated economic development and national macro medical policies in China,the influence of many factors such as social environment,medical institutions,medical workers and patients,the doctor-patient relationship has become tense,which not only affects the overall quality of medical services and the normal operation of hospitals,but also damages the vital interests of patients which is not conducive to building a harmonious society.This paper reviews the current state of research on doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad,based on social conflict theory,information asymmetry theory and crisis management theory,and uses the case study method and quantitative research method to analyze the causes of doctor-patient conflict in Chongqing C Hospital.Combined with the survey results,the factors of doctor-patient discord are elaborated from the perspectives of hospital side,patient side and external factors.At the same time,the problems of doctor-patient relationship in China are analyzed and feasible suggestions are put forward.The article contains five panels: the first panel,which clarifies the background,purpose and significance of choosing this thesis.From the background of the study,we find that the new medical reform has increased the medical literacy rates,and the public has experienced the benefits of the new medical reform,the quality of medical visitors is also increased.Meanwhile,by compiling materials related to the new medical reform policy,we compiled the impact of the new medical reform on the doctor-patient relationship in China,and proposed that the purpose of the study is how to improve the problem of doctor-patient relationship in the context of the new medical reform.By analyzing the current situation of doctor-patient relationship research at home and abroad,we discover the basis of doctor-patient relationship problems and improve countermeasures,and clarify the content,framework and research methods of the study.In the second panel,the concepts and theoretical foundations of doctor-patient relationship applied in this paper are elaborated,and these theories are used to provide strong support for the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Inspired by social conflict theory,improper communication between doctors and patients,and lowered trust between doctors and patients,etc.,which has led to huge differences between the medical and patient sides in terms of social status,resource appropriation,and benefit distribution,etc.facing of such problems,we must address both the symptoms and the root causes,and strive to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship;information asymmetry,which makes us find that doctors should treat patients with full knowledge of the condition and participate which can reduce doctor-patient problems;crisis management theory,which allows hospitals to react immediately to ensure medical safety in the event of a crisis,in addition to preventive measures.In the third panel,the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in the context of new medical reform is analyzed,firstly,explaining the manifestation of the problems of doctor-patient relationship in China,the impact of new medical reform measures on doctor-patient relationship,and also from the main features of current doctor-patient relationship in China,we find that the conflicts between doctors and patients still exist.When analyzing the current mechanism of handling doctor-patient relationship,it is easy to find that the reform of China’s medical system is mainly government-led and coordinated among specific functional departments.When preventing and dealing with doctor-patient conflicts,hospitals take a positive attitude and at the same time have their own public opinion management mechanism to prevent public opinion.In the fourth panel,forensic investigation of the problems of doctor-patient relationship in Chongqing C Hospital,using random sampling among patients and medical staff to obtain survey respondents,and using the questionnaire content for chart and data analysis,obtaining the doctor-patient relationship according to the overall situation of the survey respondents.The reasons for the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship in Hospital C were identified from the hospital side,patient side,and external factors.In the fifth panel,combined with the new medical reform policy,firstly,in terms of improving the communication ability of doctors and patients,through sincere communication,the concerns of patients can be eliminated,so that doctors and patients can develop in a healthy direction;the management countermeasures of information asymmetry problem,through building an information disclosure system,standardizing transparent medical information services,promoting the trust of doctors and patients,and forming a mutual win-win situation;in terms of the leading role of the government,increasing the government’s investment in health In addition,the government should implement public hospital reform and improve the construction of multi-level medical security system,so as to provide new ideas for improving the relationship between doctors and patients.
