With the development of society,the demand for artificial lighting is increasing.Great indoor lighting not only reduces health risks,but also improves work and study efficiency.The effect of indoor lighting on myopia is the focus of current research.Both spectral quality and illumination are important factors affecting the generation and development of myopia.This paper explores the relationship between light and myopia according to relevant literatures and experiments.Based on the results of illumination experiment,the limitations of form deprivation in application are analyzed.In addition,as an illumination quantification instrument,the illuminance meter plays an important role in the prevention and control of myopia.In this paper,a multi-functional voice illuminance meter is designed.The results of this research are as follows:(1)Electronic products have high proportion of 400~500 nm band light,the low proportion of red light and lack of the near-infrared light.Long-term use of electronic products will increase the risk of retinal damage,thereby affecting vision.Obtaining a certain amount of red light from natural or artificial light sources every day may be beneficial to prevent myopia.(2)In the process of using the eye at a close distance for a long time,the development of the eye axis is affected by the light environment.Too low or too high illumination may lead to abnormal growth of the eye axis of chicken.The larger the abnormal growth value of the eye axis of chicken,the more severe myopia.However,the experimental results of animal models of form deprivation myopia at home and abroad show that high illumination is beneficial to slow down the development of myopia.In the state of form deprivation,the eyes of animals cannot be fully and accurately focused,but in the experiment of this paper,the eyes of chicks can provide normal visual feedback,which can better simulate the formation process of adolescents myopia.Therefore,form deprivation can induce experimental myopia,but it is not suitable to explore the relationship between light parameters and adolescents myopia.(3)This paper takes the PIC16(L)F18323 microcontroller as the core,and designs a multi-function voice illuminance meter.The illuminance meter has the functions of illuminance measurement,voice broadcast and memory training.The relative error of the illuminance meter measurement is less than ±6%.
