| At present,a large number of studies have shown that depression patients without NSSI behavior have emotional recognition disorder and cognitive impairment. However, there are few studies on emotion recognition ability and cognitive function of depression patients with NSSI behavior. Therefore, this study will continue to explore the features of facial emotion recognition ability and cognitive dysfunction in depression patients with NSSI behavior and analyze the correlation between the two,so as to provide objective and true data for future research.A total of 34 depressed patients with NSSI,30 depressed patients without NSSI,and 50 healthy subjects were included in the study. The Morph expression recognition paradigm was used to evaluate the emotion recognition ability of the three groups.Cognitive function was assessed by RBANS and SCWT.The symptoms of depression and anxiety were evaluated by HAMD-24 and HAMA in 64 patients with depression.34 patients with NSSI were evaluated by NSSI behavior questionnaire. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Compared to the healthy group, the two groups of depressed patients had facial emotion recognition ability and cognitive dysfunction;2.Compared with depressive patients without NSSI behavior, depressive patients with NSSI had higher levels of depression and anxiety;3.Compared with depressive patients without NSSI behavior, depressive patients with NSSI were more sensitive to emotion perception;4.Facial emotion recognition threshold was negatively correlated with executive function in depression patients with NSSI behavior. The accuracy of facial negative emotion recognition is positively correlated with cognitive function. |
