| The anti-tumor value of Tripterygium wilfordii has not been fully explored.In order to be successfully applied,Tripterygium Wilfordii needs to gain synergistic and sustained effect to fight tumors at this stage.And compatibility and fermentation,as two effective methods for increasing and sustaining anti-tumor effect,have achieved preliminary results in Tripterygium wilfordii.However,the combination of compatibility and fermentation has not been applied and tested.In addition,bioinformatics can play a great guiding role in the combination of compatibility and fermentation.Therefore,in order to explore the anticancer value of Tripterygium wilfordii,this paper mainly makes Tripterygium wilfordii into a fomula for anticancer,through the combined treatment of compatibility and fermentation and the regulation of bioinformatics,so as to research the synergistic and sustained effect and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii against tumor.Taking liver cancer as the starting point,this paper first obtained the pharmacological analysis of several traditional Chinese medicines through bioinformatics,and made them into a fomula through the processing of compatibility and fermentation.Then tested the efficacy and the mechanism of the fomula in vitro cell experiment,and analized the influence of compatibility and fermentation on the fomula in component detection experiment.The results showed that the application of compatibility,fermentation and bioinformatics were effective.And the combination of Tripterygium wilfordii and fermented Scutellaria barbata at the concentration ratio of 0.25/0.25 showed a good anti-cancer effect on liver cancer cells.At the same time,it also induced apoptosis,promoted the inhibition of proliferation,migration and migration through the inhibition of EGFR /PI3K/Akt pathway.So Tripterygium wilfordii successfully obtained the synergistic and sustained effect on anti-tumor.The compatibility and fermentation led to the increase of the content of representative compounds in the fomula,which supported the synergistic and sustained effect of Tripterygium wilfordii on anti-tumor. |
