| Objective:The purpose of this study is to establish a scientific nursing intervention program for the treatment compliance of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),to clarify the status quo of the treatment compliance of infertile patients with PCOS and to explore its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical staff to manage patients’ diseases,to realize the effective connection between hospital diagnosis and treatment and family intervention,to help patients achieve the goal of long-term regular treatment. Methods:In this paper, the status quo of treatment compliance of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and the information influencing the treatment compliance of women with PCOS were investigated, based on the Guided Care model, the expert letter inquiry method was used to construct a nursing intervention scheme to improve the treatment compliance of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome:1.Current situation investigationTo investigate the status quo of treatment compliance of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and analyze the influencing factors,193 cases of PCOS infertility outpatients in a reproductive center of a third-class hospital in Shanxi province were selected as the investigation objects.General Information Questionnaire,Morisky medication compliance scale,self-rating life style scale of polycystic ovary syndrome,self-rating anxiety scale and family care index were used to investigate the present situation, the influencing factors of treatment compliance were analyzed by single factor analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and Regression analysis.2.Scheme constructionBased on Guided Care model, combined with the results of previous investigation and literature study,a preliminary nursing intervention plan was formed through group discussion and two rounds of consultation by 22 experts.Results:1.The results were as follows(1)only 13.9%(25)of PCOS infertility patients had good therapeutic compliance, and the therapeutic compliance score was(5.62±1.87),which was at a low level; There were significant differences in the treatment compliance of infertile women with PCOS in BMI,age of marriage, course of disease, educational level, only child, influence of patients’ friends, family urge,Assisted reproductive technology treatment, and degree of disease worry(p < 0.05).(2)the results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the treatment compliance of infertile women with PCOS was positively correlated with family function, and negatively correlated with anxiety and life style Family function was negatively correlated with anxiety degree and life rhythm, positively correlated with exercise consciousness, positively correlated with diet rhythm and life rhythm(3)polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility patients with multiple Regression analysis showed significant differences in anxiety, lifestyle, family function, education, only child, family supervision, and ongoing Assisted reproductive technology therapy(P < 0.05),accounted for 30.6% of the total variation in treatment compliance scores.2.Scenario building resultsThe initially proposed nursing intervention program for treatment compliance of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)based on Guided Care model includes 5 intervention modules, including nursing assessment, nursing planning,self-management,nursing coordination and family caregivers,11 intervention themes and 29 intervention contents. After 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation by 22 experts, the final draft of nursing intervention program for treatment compliance of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)was formed with 6 intervention modules,11 intervention themes and 28 intervention contents combined with expert opinions and group discussion.Conclusion:1.The treatment compliance of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is at a low level and the status quo of treatment compliance is not optimistic. The degree of anxiety, family function and life style of the patients are closely related to the treatment compliance, which suggests that the medical staff should pay more attention to the patients’ psychological state and family function, and assist the patients to adjust and improve their life style,to improve the treatment compliance of patients by taking targeted nursing intervention.2.Based on Guided Care model, combined with the results of current investigation and Literature Research, the nursing intervention program for treatment compliance of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)constructed by expert letter inquiry method is scientific and reliable. The intervention program defines the specific content of the intervention, the focus of the intervention and the implementation nodes of the intervention measures, able to manage and assist the treatment compliance of infertile patients with PCOS from six modules: Project Management,Nursing Assessment, nursing plan, patient self-management,environmental support and family members,to provide theoretical guidance for clinical targeted nursing intervention. |
