Objective:1.To investigate the sensitivity of neisseria gonorrhoeae strains collected from Taiyuan area of Shanxi Province to 7 antibiotics(ceftriaxone,cefixime,metanomycin,azithromycin,tetracycline,ciprofloxacin,penicillin).2.Preliminary studies on the growth of N.gonorrhoeae,and the effects on sensitivity to ceftriaxone in both iron-rich and iron-deficient environments.Method:1.1.From January 2020 to December 2021,he or she went to the dermatology and venereology Clinic of the Second Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University for urogenital tract discomfort.A series of isolation,culture and identification of suspected neisseria gonorrhoeae strains were conducted to determine the drug sensitivity of neisseria gonorrhoeae in the current region.2.Clinical strains of standard gonococcal strains WHO-L and ceftriaxone,and the standard strain ATCC-49226 were selected to test the growth of gonorrhoeae and MIC values of ceftriaxone in gonococcal medium containing different concentrations of free iron.Result:1.Drug resistance monitoring of clinical strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae: The hyposensitivity rates of ceftriaxone,cefixime,azithromycin and metanomycin were7.50%,10.00%,17.50% and 5.0% respectively in 40 clinical strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,while the hyposensitivity rates of azithromycin,ciprofloxacin,metanomycin,tetracycline,The drug resistance rates of penicillin were 20.00%,97.50%,7.50%,100.00% and 100.00% respectively,and TRNG was 32.50%.PPNG was 40.00%.1.Colony growth of gonorrhoeae in iron-rich and iron-deficient media: After adding different concentration gradient of iron sulfate(iron-rich)and 2,2-bipyridine(iron-deficient)in chocolate medium,(1)WHO-L strain was found on iron-rich(containing ferrous sulfate)and on 2,2-bipyridine.(2)Three clinical hypomosensitive strains of gonorrhoeae,In ferrous sulfate and 2,Growth on the medium of 2-bipyridine,With 2,Colonies in 2-linked-pyridine iron-deficient medium grew more densely.2.MIC values for ceftriaxone sodium in iron-rich and iron-deficient media:(1)WHO-L strain had the lowest MIC for ceftriaxone in ferrous sulfate media containing a concentration of 2.5 mg/L,with MIC decreasing from 0.125 mg/L to 0.016mg/L.However,in the iron-deficient medium containing 2,2-bipyridine at a concentration of 0.78 mg/L,the MIC value for ceftriaxone sodium was the highest,and the MIC was changed from 0.125 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L;(2)The MIC values of the three clinical low-sensitive strains were not significantly decreased in iron-rich medium,and the MIC concentration gradient of 2,2-bipyridine increased near 0.78 mg/L.Conclusion:1.azithromycin,ciprofloxacin,tetracycline and penicillin are no longer suitable for the treatment of gonococcal bacteria in Taiyuan.Spectinomycin resistance rate is high,so its sensitivity needs to be monitored,while ceftriaxone and cefixime can just be used for the remedy to gonococcus in this area.2.Iron-deficient environments at specific concentrations of(1)may contribute to the growth of hyposusceptible strains of gonococcal bacteria;free ferrous iron at specific concentrations of(2)may play a role in increasing the susceptibility of ceftriasone. |
