| Objective:1.Explore and analyze the status quo of subjective well-being and sense of life meaning of local breast cancer patients after surgery.2.The application effect of Well-being therapy in the subjective sense of well-being and the sense of meaning of life in patients after breast cancer surgery was preliminarily explored and analyzed, aiming to improve the subjective Well-being and sense of meaning of life in patients. Methods:By convenience sampling, cancer patients after breast surgery in a grade A hospital of Shanxi Province from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to the order of inpatient treatment.40 patients admitted to hospital from January to May 2020 were selected as the control group,and40 patients admitted to hospital from August to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing measures, while the experimental group was given Well-being therapy on the basis of routine postoperative nursing measures in the control group. Before and after the intervention, general data questionnaire, subjective well-being Index(IWB)and sense of Meaning of Life scale were used to analyze the effects of Well-being therapy intervention.SPSS22.0software was used for data analysis and processing.Results:1.Before intervention,chi-square test was used to analyze the baseline data of the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups.2.Before intervention, two independent samples t-test was used to analyze the total subjective well-being of patients in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the total subjective well-being of the two groups(P > 0.05).Before intervention,t-test of two independent samples was used to analyze the total score of sense of life and its five dimensions in 2 groups, and there was no statistically significant difference between the total score of sense of life and its five dimensions in 2 groups(P > 0.05).3.After the intervention, the total score of subjective well-being in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the intervention(t=-5.667,P < 0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the total value of subjective well-being in the control group before and after the intervention(P > 0.05).There was statistically significant difference in total subjective well-being between the two groups after intervention(t=-5.818,P < 0.05).4.After intervention, the total score of sense of life in experimental group was significantly increased compared with that before intervention(t =-11.300,P < 0.05),and there was no statistical significance in intra-group comparison of total score of sense of life in control group before and after intervention(P > 0.05).The comparison of total life meaning between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant(t=-9.415,P < 0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in 5 dimensions of life meaning between the two groups(P > 0.05).After intervention, there was no statistical significance in the "acceptance and adaptation" dimension between the two groups(P >0.05),but there was statistical significance in the other four dimensions(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The subjective well-being and sense of meaning of life of the group after breast cancer operation were lower.2.Well-being therapy can appropriately improve the subjective well-being of patients, and clinical nursing staff can help patients adjust their mentality and improve their ability to cope with bad emotions through happiness therapy.3.Well-being therapy can help patients develop a sense of purpose and significantly improve their sense of meaning in life. |
