Research And Analysis Of Public Health Emergencies At Home And Abroad

Objective:Since entering the 21 st century,public health emergencies have affected human beings for many times.They are characterized by long incubation period,difficult to detect,and various modes of virus transmission.They often start to spread on a large scale when they are found,which can not be completely strangled in the cradle.At the same time,due to the acceleration of the process of globalization,Regional public health emergencies can easily evolve into global pandemics.Public health emergencies will also have a huge impact on local medical resources,social resources,economic development and public health.How to reasonably and effectively deal with public health emergencies and minimize the harm it brings is particularly important.Therefore,combing the research related to public health emergencies and systematically summarizing them are of great significance to improve the response to similar events in the future.Methods:This paper selects Chinese and foreign databases,including three databases: China Knowledge Network(CNKI)journal database,Wanfang medical database and China biomedical literature database(CBM).The foreign language database is wos core set and Pub Med database.Use Excel and vosviewer to make quantitative analysis and visual display of relevant documents in the database.By analyzing the number of papers,author cooperation,institutional cooperation and keyword clustering,this paper combs and compares the research in related fields in China and abroad.Result:On the whole,China has a good research foundation,a large number and more detailed research contents in this field,and is in a leading position in the world.Especially in recent years,China’s international cooperative research has also continued to increase,and the output and quantity have begun to lead the research in this field.The origin of related research started late at home and abroad,and only started after SARS in 2003.Before 2003,relevant research was relatively scattered and not large.In terms of the number of documents issued,there are a large number of domestic research and a small number of foreign research,which is generally in an upward trend,but the research at home and abroad has a certain lag and follow-up.There are often a large number of summary studies after the event,and the relevant studies are reduced after the event,lacking predictive research.In terms of research topics,there are more domestic topics,with finer division and wider coverage.There are few research topics abroad.In terms of cooperation,the author cooperation in China is better than that in foreign countries,but most of them are limited to intra team cooperation,and cross team cooperation is relatively few.In terms of international cooperation,China and the United States have the most cooperation,and the cooperation scope of scientific research institutions of both sides is wide.Before 2019,the United States is in the central position of international cooperation in research in this field,and there is more cooperation between other countries in the world and the United States.After 2019,China will surpass the United States and be at the center of international cooperation.proposal:China should continue to consolidate the achievements of relevant research in recent years,and learn from some foreign research ideas and methods on this basis,so as to ensure that the research can provide reference for China and even the world to deal with relevant problems in the future.In the future,China should strengthen the research on monitoring algorithms and models,continue to optimize the information management system,and integrate the information systems of prior monitoring,incident response and post-processing,so as to improve the response speed,simplify the response procedures,deal with relevant events better and faster,and also add relevant emergency drills,Increase the number of exercises to improve the coordination and cooperation between various departments.At the same time,continue to explore community prevention and control and risk communication to improve relevant emergency disposal and aftermath work.
