Objective:For hyperlipidemia population,to establish a perioperative potential coronary heart disease risk prediction model including genetic factors,so that people with dyslipidemia can predict the potential coronary heart disease risk before operation and improve preoperative preparation in advance,so as to reduce the risk of potential cardiovascular events during operation. Methods:Using case-control study,577 patients with hyperlipidemia hospitalized in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University were divided into groups according to whether they had coronary heart disease.SNP genotyping was carried out by massarray genetic analysis system, and the prediction model was established by binary logistic regression analysis. Results:The results show that Rs216172 and rs7136259 loci are closely related to the risk of coronary heart disease and can be used as susceptibility genes for CAD risk in hyperlipidemia population.Among them, the G allele of rs216172 locus is a risk factor for coronary heart disease, and the probability of CAD in G allele is 2.9 times higher than that in C allele(P = 0.013),It is considered that T allele has a higher risk than C allele, and the risk of CAD in TT genotype is 1.9 times higher than that in CC genotype(P = 0.043).Conclusion:In conclusion,we have established predictive models of coronary heart disease risk factors including rs216172,rs7136259,and gender, age, diabetes and so on,hoping to predict the risk of coronary heart disease in hyperlipidemia patients before surgery.
