Objective:To investigate the regulatory functions of asprosin and adiponectin in T2 DM patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),the serum levels of asprosin and adiponectin in T2 DM patients were observed.Methods:Eighty-six T2 DM patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,The Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from April 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the experimental group(T2DM group). They were divided into two groups:the T2 DM group with 40 cases(26 males / 14 females)and the T2 DM group with NAFLD with 46 cases(28 males / 18 females). The age range is 15-85 years old.Twenty patients(12 males / 8 females)who underwent physical examination in the health examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group(HC group),aged between 32 and 71 years old.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Fasting insulin(FIN),C-peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and other general clinical biochemical indicators were determined. The contents of asprosin and ADPN in serum were determined by ELISA.Results:(1)Compared with normal control group, the levels of FPG,Hb A1 c,asprosin and SBP in T2 DM group were significantly increased, while the levels of HLD and ADPN were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with T2 DM group alone,age,FPG,BMI,LDL-C,SBP,FIN,HOMA-IR,C-peptide,course of disease and asprosin levels were significantly increased in T2 DM group combined with NAFLD,while ADPN levels were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum asprosin level was significantly positively correlated with age,SBP,FPG,HOMA-IR and course of disease in T2 DM group(P < 0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with ADPN level(P <0.05).ADPN level was significantly negatively correlated with C-peptide and asprosin(P< 0.05).Serum asprosin level was significantly positively correlated with the course of disease(P < 0.05)and negatively correlated with ADPN(P < 0.05)in T2 DM patients with NAFLD.ADP level was negatively correlated with asprosin(P < 0.05).(4)Logistic regression analysis showed that LDL-C,HOMA-IR and asprosin levels were independent risk factors for diabetes mellitus complicated with fatty liver.Conclusion:(1)Serum asprosin level was significantly increased and ADPN level was significantly decreased in T2 DM patients with NAFLD.(2)asprosin was significantly correlated with ADPN level and insulin resistance index.(3)LDL-C,HOMA-IR and asprosin levels were independent risk factors for diabetes mellitus complicated with fatty liver. |
