A Comparative Study Of Postoperative Visual Quality Of Domestic Aspheric Intraocular Lens

Objective:The postoperative visual quality of domestic aspheric Vision Pro RS55 A intraocular lens and Proming A1-UV intraocular lens was analyzed and evaluated by OPD ScanⅢcomprehensive visual quality analyzer,and the comparison of domestic aspheric Vision Pro RS55 A intraocular lens and Proming A1-UV intraocular lens were conducted with the imported Alcon SN60 WF intraocular lens.It provides a basis for the use of domestic aspheric intraocular lens in clinical practice.Methods:Case-control study.Select 152 cataract patients(166 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification combined with Vision Pro RS55 A or Proming A1-UV or Alcon SN60 WF apheric IOL implantation in our hospital from May 2018 to December2021.Group A: Vision Pro RS55A(47 cases,51 eyes),group B:Proming A1-UV(65cases,70 eyes),group C:Alcon SN60WF(40 cases,45 eyes).OPD Scan Ⅲcomprehensive visual quality inspection was performed at 1m and 6m postoperatively,and PSF and MTF were collected.MTF,SR,CS and RMS of high-order aberrations at4.0mm and 5.5mm pupil diameters.Statistics: SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis,chi-square test was used for counting data,one-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis H nonparametric test was used for measurement data between groups.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender and age among the three groups(P > 0.05).At 1m,there were no statistically significant differences in 1m postoperative parameters,such as Kappa Angle,Alpha Angle,corneal astigmatism,e value,Q value and UCVA,BCVA among three groups(P > 0.05).2.RMS values of intraocular high-order aberration at 1m and 6m in the three groups showed no statistically significant difference under pupil diameter of 4.0mm and 5.5mm(P > 0.05).3.After 1m and 6m,there was no significant difference in MTF between the three groups at 4.0mm and 5.5mm pupil diameter(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in SR and CS among the three groups at different time after operation.Conclusions:Domestic asspheric Vision Pro RS55 A IOL and Proming A1-UV IOL have good stability in early and middle postoperative period,MTF,PSF,SR values and contrast sensitivity,intraocular higher-order aberration and other objective visual quality contrast indexes are basically consistent with imported asspherical Alcon SN60 WF intraocular lens.
