Objective:Discusses the radio-frequency knife conization in the treatment of the cervical efficacy and safety of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion, clinical choice for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion in the mode of operation to provide the reference.Method:In this study, clinical data of patients who were admitted to our hospital for HSL and received cervical treatment from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected by retrospective analysis of our hospital.A total of 201 patients were collected, including 18 patients in the cervical cold knife conical resection group(group A),67 patients in the cervical loop eelectrosurgical excision procedure resection group(group B),and 116 patients in the radio-frequency knife conical resection group(group C).The application three groups of patients age, height, body weight,BMI,preoperative cervical HPV infection;operation time;hospital stays;hospitalization costs;specimen volume;specimen cutting edge;pathological upgrade;postoperative bleeding;postoperative infection;postoperative cervical adhesion;postoperative cervical HPV infection.Software SPSS 26.0 and Graphpad Prism 9.0 were used to analyze the difference.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01 indicated that the difference was high statistically significant.Result:(1)The three groups were similar in age, height, weight and BMI(P>0.05);(2)There was no statistical significance in preoperative cervical HPV infection among the three groups(P>0.05);(3)The operation time was(78.56±28.58)min in group A,(14.24±2.49)min in group B and(12.75±2.46)min in group C,and the difference was statisticall y significant(P<0.01).The operation time of group A was significantly longer t han the others. The operation time of group B was similar to the group C;(4)The hospital stays was(7.56±2.68)days in group A,(4.45±1.94)days in group B and(4.5±1.99)days in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The hospital stays in group A was longer than others, and the hospital stays in group B was similar to that in group C;(5)The hospitalization costs was RMB(11991.45±2151.35)in group A,RMB(6373.29±2215.95)in group B,and was RMB(9547.69±2405.82)in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The hospitalization cost of group A was the highest, the group B was the lowest;(6)The specimen volume was(3.17±0.93)cm~3in group A,(3.01±0.92)cm~3in group B and(3.41±0.83)cm~3in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The specimen volume of group C was slightly larger than the others, and the specimen volume of group A was similar to that of group B;(7)There were no statistically significant differences in specimen cutting edge and pathological upgrade among the three groups(P>0.05);(8)There was no statistical significance in postoperative complications among the three groups(P>0.05);(9)There was no statistical significance in postoperative cervical HPV infection among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Radio-frequency knife for the treatment of HSIL,which can meet the treatment requirements and meet the treatment standard;which can be regarded as a new surgical option for the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.
