| Objective:The clinical data of patients with cardiogenic embolic stroke(CES)and those with CES complicated with embolism in other parts of the body were analyzed to study the risk factors of CES complicated with embolism in other parts of the body. Methods:Cases diagnosed as CES in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January2016 to November 2021 were collected.According to the inclusion criteria of this study,a total of 155 CES patients were screened out. There were 123 cases in CES group and 32 cases in CES group complicated with embolism in other parts of the body. The general data, past medical history, blood sampling, auxiliary examination and other clinical data of the patients were statistically analyzed to evaluate the risk factors of CES patients complicated with embolism in other parts of the body.IBM SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data.First, univariate analysis was performed on the risk factors affecting CES complicated with embolism in other parts of the body, and binary Logistic regression analysis was performed on the independent risk factors affecting CES complicated with embolism in other parts of the body for meaningful single factors.A two-tailed P value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Compared with the CES group complicated with embolism in other parts of the body, the content of LOW density lipoprotein decreased significantly(P=0.005),total cholesterol decreased significantly(P=0.029),ALT and AST increased significantly(P=0.045,P=0.003),albumin content was significantly decreased(P=0.007),urea content was significantly increased(P=0.000),WBC content was significantly increased(P=0.000),neutral granule content was significantly increased(P=0.000),lactate dehydrogenase content was significantly increased(P=0.000),CK-MB content was significantly increased(P=0)025),d-dimer content increased significantly(P=0.000),thrombin time was significantly shortened(P=0.000),fibrinogen content increased significantly(P=0.003).2.The risk factors for embolism in other parts of the body in CES patients were further analyzed by binary Logitic regression, and the results showed that D-dimer(OR=1.262,95%CI 1.057-1.507,P=0.010)was independently associated with embolism in other parts of the body in CES patients.3.By plotting the area under ROC curve,CES patients with D-dimer>1.205mg/L were prone to embolism in other parts of the body.Conclusion:1.D-dimer levels were independently associated with embolism in other parts of the body in CES patients.2.D-dimer level was positively correlated with embolism in other parts of the body in CES patients.3.CES patients with D-dimer >1.205mg/L were prone to embolism in other parts of the body. |
