ObjectiveCBCT scanning was performed on unilateral alveolar clef patients who received orthodontic treatment before bone grafting and those who only received alveolar clef bone grafting.The bone formation rate and satisfaction of bone grafting were calculated,and the influence of orthodontic on unilateral alveolar clef bone grafting was analyzed.MethodsCollected in January 1,2016-2020 on December 31,in jiangxi province people’s hospital of 28 patients with unilateral complete alveolar burst,according to whether bone graft preoperative orthodontic treatment,were divided into two groups,13 cases of preoperative orthodontic treatment in patients with unilateral alveolar burst for group A,15 cases were underwent crack the alveolar bone graft alone of the patients in group B.All patients in group A and B were scanned by CBCT before and 6 months after operation.Ka Vo 3D e Xam software and image-J software were used to calculate the bone formation rate by calculating the preoperative defect volume and the postoperative implanted bone volume.Kamperos evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the success of bone grafting from the height and width of alveolar bone and nasal base level,and to calculate the satisfaction of bone grafting in both groups.By comparing the bone formation rate and satisfaction of group A and GROUP B,the influence of preoperative orthodontics on alveolar fissure bone grafting was obtained.Results1.The preoperative defect volume and postoperative bone volume of group A were1.092±0.222cm~3 and 0.610±0.252 cm~3,respectively,and the bone formation rate was56.779%±20.928%.In group B,the preoperative defect volume and postoperative bone volume were 1.121±0.176cm~3 and 0.449±0.256 cm~3,respectively,and the bone formation rate was 39.933%±19.519%.There was no significant difference in preoperative defect volume between group A and group B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in bone volume between group A and group B(P>0.05).The bone formation rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The satisfaction degree of alveolar cleft bone grafting in group A was 84.6%,which was higher than that in group B(46.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.For patients with unilateral alveolar cleave,the rate of bone formation after orthodontic treatment before alveolar cleave bone grafting was higher than that after alveolar cleave bone grafting alone.2.Alveolar process cleft graft preoperative orthodontic treatment of patients with unilateral alveolar burst bone width and the score of the nasal floor level was obviously higher than that of pure underwent crack the alveolar bone graft surgery the score obtained in patients with bone height ratings were similar,alveolar burst preoperative orthodontic therapy in patients with bone graft surgery satisfaction is higher than pure underwent crack the alveolar bone graft surgery patients. |
