| Objective:By comparing the difference in clinical efficacy between acupuncture combined with acupuncture at Shumu and abdominal massage and oral lactulose in the treatment of(Qi stagnation type)slow transit constipation,as well as the effects of the two methods on related scoring scales and colon transit test results,it is a clinical Provide some reference for the treatment of(Qi stagnation type)slow transit constipation. Methods:A total of 70 patients with STC(Qi stagnation type)who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Department of Spleen and Stomach and Department of Anorectal Department of the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(acupuncture combined with acupuncture at Shumu combined with abdominal massage group)and control group(lactulose group),35 cases in each group.Observation group: Acupuncture combined with acupuncture at Shumu and abdominal massage was given. The acupuncture treatment time was 30 minutes, and the abdominal massage was 10 minutes. The treatment was once a day course of treatment.Acupuncture was performed on both sides of Dachangshu and Tianshu;Select the abdominal area from the xiphoid process to the pubic symphysis when operating the abdominal massage method.Control group: Lactulose oral solution,orally,10ml/time,3 times a day.A 6-day course of treatment, with a 1-day rest between courses of treatment.3 courses of treatment. The changes of constipation symptom score,Qi stagnation symptom score, quality of life score of constipation patients and the results of colonic transit test were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. All data statistical analysis was processed using SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in constipation symptom score,Qi stagnation symptom score, quality of life score of constipation patients and colonic transit test between the two groups(P>0.05),all of which were comparable.2.Comparison of constipation symptom scores: within-group comparison, both groups can effectively reduce constipation symptom scores(P<0.05);between-group comparison, after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group in improving defecation difficulty, defecation time, and feeling of falling, incompleteness, and distention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant difference(P>0.05).3.Comparison of Qi stagnation symptom score: within the group comparison, both groups can effectively reduce the Qi stagnation symptom score(P<0.05).4.Comparison of quality of life scores of patients with constipation: In group comparison, both groups could effectively reduce the score of quality of life in patients with constipation(P<0.05);compared between groups, the observation group was better than the control group in reducing the score of quality of life in patients with constipation(P<0.05).5.Comparison of colonic transit test results:within-group comparison, the 72-hour colonic marker residues in the two groups after treatment were reduced compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);between-group comparison, the observation group 72-hour colonic marker residues less than the control group(P<0.05).6.Evaluation of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,and the comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture combined with acupuncture at Shumu combined with abdominal massage and oral lactulose can effectively reduce the constipation symptom score,Qi stagnation symptom score, quality of life score of constipation patients with slow transit constipation of qi stagnation type, and reduce the number of residual colon markers at 72 h.2.The effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture on Shumu combined with abdominal massage in the treatment of(Qi stagnation type)slow transit constipation is better than oral lactulose. |
