| Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted to observe the effect of Tongdu Huoxue decoction on postoperative residual numbness in elderly patients with cervical Spondylotic myelopathy,so as to optimize the treatment of postoperative residual numbness in elderly patients with cervical Spondylotic myelopathy,so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence and provide a more effective treatment for postoperative residual numbness.Methods:Patients with cervical Spondylotic myelopathy diagnosed in Fuzhou second Hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: anterior cervical discectomy,cage bone graft fusion and plate internal fixation.Both the control group and the experimental group were treated with the same routine basic treatment,mainly including mecobalamin tablets: 0.5mg/,3 times a day,for 1 month.On the basis of routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with Tongdu Huoxuetong for 4 courses,7 days as a course of treatment.The numbness VAS score,10 g single nylon rope test and 40 g pressure acupuncture sensation test were recorded before operation,on the same day after operation,2weeks,1 month and 2 months after treatment,and the diagnostic efficacy criteria of TCM 2months after treatment were observed to evaluate the curative effect after treatment.At the same time,the cases of adverse reactions in the course of treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed by using SPSS25.0 software to compare whether there was a difference in curative effect between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general conditions(sex,age,course of disease,segment of disease)between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Numbness VAS score: after 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the test group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.3.Acupuncture test: after 2 weeks of treatment,the score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Nylon rope test: after 2 weeks of treatment,the score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups 1 month after treatment(P < 0.05).5.Diagnostic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine: compared with the statistical results of the overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine 2months after operation between the two groups,the improvement rate was 96% in the test group and 86% in the control group,There are differences in the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Tongdu Huoxue combined with mecobalamin is significantly better than that of oral mecobalamin tablets,indicating that Tongdu Huoxue decoction can more effectively improve the symptoms of residual upper limb numbness in elderly patients with cervical Spondylotic myelopathy after operation. |
