Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Zhang’s tendon manipulation in the treatment of acute hip synovitis in children with blood stasis obstruction, and to provide clinical reference for the treatment of acute hip synovitis in children with blood stasis obstruction by this method.MethodsFrom January 2021 to October 2021,60 patients with acute hip synovitis caused by blood stasis and obstruction who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the orthopaedic and traumatology department of our hospital were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method. Both groups were given bed rest, braking and skin traction on the affected limbs. In the experimental group,Zhang’s tendon manipulation was applied once a day for about 20 min,and the time to relieve pain and joint disorder, and the change of hip joint effusion before and after treatment were observed in both groups, which were evaluated by Wong-Baker facial expression pain assessment method and 5 percentile rating method, and the diagnostic efficacy criteria of Chinese medicine diseases promulgated by the Medical Secretary of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after the 3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days of treatment, and the changes in the TCM patterns before and after treatment, and the recurrence was observed 2 months after stopping treatment. All the observation indexes were combined, and statistical analysis was performed to draw conclusions.Results1.The general data of age, gender, disease duration, hip area and the pre-treatment percent 5rating of the two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparing the time of pain relief and joint movement disorders after treatment between the two groups, the speed of improvement of clinical symptoms in the test group was better than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference was not statistically significant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment, both groups could effectively promote the absorption of joint effusion, but the absorption of hip effusion in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparing the two groups of patients with percent 5 rating,as the treatment proceeded, the symptoms of both groups were gradually improved and the cure rate of both groups increased, and the differences in the efficacy of the two groups after the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days of treatment were statistically significant by rank sum test(P>0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.5.To evaluate the changes of TCM evidence in the two groups after treatment, the rate of TCM evidence turning to normal in the test group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days of treatment according to the Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria for Chinese Medical Conditions promulgated by the Medical Secretary of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the differences between the two groups on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)by rank sum test, and the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.7.2 months after the end of treatment to observe the two groups of cured children, the test group has no case of recurrence, the control group has one case of recurrence. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Zhang’s tendon manipulation in the treatment of acute hip synovitis in children with blood stasis blockage is clear, and it can improve the clinical symptoms of children and accelerate the absorption of hip joint effusion more quickly. |
