Study On Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elements Of Gastric Low-grade Intraepithelial Neoplasia

ObjectiveEarly intervention of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is the key to prevent the progression of precancerous lesions and the occurrence of gastric cancer.Therefore,this study observed and analyzed the characteristics of syndrome elements of gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,clarified the pathological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and provided ideas for clinical treatment of this disease,in order to reduce the risk of cancer as much as possible.MethodsIn this study,we collected 90 patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and clinical sign and symptom.The patient’s basic information and four diagnostic information were input into the syndrome element differentiation software to obtain the syndrome element distribution of gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia.And further analysis of their Helicobacter pylori-positive and Helicobacter pylori-negative,with mild chronic inflammation and moderate chronic inflammation,no activity and with activity,with different degrees of atrophy,with different degrees of intestinal metaplasia,with gastroscopic grading for C1 and C2,lesions in the gastric antrum and gastric angle between the differences in the distribution of syndrome elements.Results1.The characteristic distribution of gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia syndrome elements: from high to low proportion,the syndrome elements of disease location were stomach,liver,spleen,gallbladder,mind,kidney,heart,lung,half exterior and half,and large intestine;from high to low proportion,the syndrome elements of disease were Qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis,Yin deficiency,food accumulation,heat,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,and blood deficiency.2.There were statistically significant differences in grade distribution of gastric and biliary syndroins between Helicobacter pylori-positive and Helicobacter pylori-negative groups in gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P1=0.041< 0.05,P2=0.009<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the grade distribution of renal syndrome elements between the two groups of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia with moderate chronic inflammation and mild chronic inflammation(P=0.009<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in grade distribution of Qi-stagnation syndrome elements in the three groups of gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia with mild,moderate and severe enterification(P=0.002<0.05).Further review of pin-pide comparison results,There were statistically significant differences in grade distribution of Qi-stagnation syndrome between moderate and mild intestinal metaplasia groups(P=0.014<0.05),and statistically significant differences in grade distribution of Qi-stagnation syndrome between moderate and severe intestinal metaplasia groups(P=0.005<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in grade distribution of blood deficiency syndrome elements between C2 and C1 groups of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia combined with gastroscopy(P=0.037<0.05).Conclusion1.The syndrome locations of gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia are mainly stomach,liver and spleen in turn,and the overall manifestations of the disease are mixed with deficiency and solid.The solid syndromes are mainly Qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis in turn,and the deficiency syndromes are mainly Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency in turn.2.Low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of stomach was not accompanied by helicobacter pylori infection,and the degree of gastric estrangement drop was more severe;with helicobacter pylori infection,the degree of bilious dyspepsia is more serious;chronic inflammation progressed from mild to moderate,and the degree of renal loss fixation was aggravated;with moderate intestinal metaplasia,the degree of Qi stagnation is more serious;gastroscopic grading progressed from C1 to C2,and the degree of blood deficiency increased.
