Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Guipi Decoction Combined with western medicine on patients with acute non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding of spleen blood group after hemostasis. To explore the TCM Intervention for patients with acute non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding after successful hemostasis,in order to reduce the accompanying symptoms of blood loss, achieve rapid recovery and reduce clinical symptoms. Methods:In this study,68 patients with acute non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding of spleen blood group who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with "Guipi Decoction plus Western medicine",and the control group was treated with "western medicine".The changes of hemoglobin, the total score of TCM symptoms and the improvement of single TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatment.Collect relevant data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Baseline comparison During the study,4 cases fell off in the experimental group and 4 cases fell off in the control group.A total of 60 cases were finally completed, with 30 cases in each group. The baseline of the two groups was the same and comparable.2.Hemoglobin The results showed that there was a difference in hemoglobin between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),which proved that Guipi Decoction had a certain effect on improving hemoglobin.3.TCM syndrome score(1)After the treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared. The total score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.(2)Comparison of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine before treatment, there was no difference in the scores of seven single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCM single symptom scores of palpitation, dizziness, mental fatigue and lazy speech, pale complexion, spontaneous sweating, chest tightness and epigastric pain decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group in improving seven single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).(3)Clinical symptom curative effect after treatment,in terms of clinical symptom curative effect, the experimental group recovered 0,markedly effective 19,effective 11,ineffective 0,and the total effective rate was 100%,while the control group recovered 0,markedly effective1,effective 26,ineffective 3,and the total effective rate was 95%(P<0.05).Both groups have a high level of therapeutic effect in terms of clinical symptoms, but the experimental group is better than the control group in improving clinical TCM symptoms. Conclusions:The modified Guipi Decoction Combined with western medicine can promote the recovery of hemoglobin in patients with acute non varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of spleen blood group, improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and have no adverse reactions and adverse events, which reflects the effectiveness and safety of the modified Guipi Decoction Combined with western medicine.
