| Objective:To construct the perioperative empathic scheme of HIFU in the treatment of adenomyosis,and to explore the application effect of this nursing scheme in the perioperative period of HIFU in the treatment of adenomyosis.methods:1.Establish a empathic schemel construction group,form the first draft of empathic schemel through preliminary research,literature review and group discussion,and then organize experts in relevant fields to hold a meeting by using the method of expert meeting to correct and rectify the scientificity and feasibility of the first draft of empathic schemel,and finally construct the content of perioperative empathic schemel of HIFU in the treatment of adenomyosis.2.Randomized controlled trial: To evaluate the effect of this nursing schemel in the perioperative period of HIFU in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis.Patients with adenomyosis treated with HIFU in the gynecological ward of a class III class a general hospital in Suining City,Sichuan Province from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing with HIFU treatment,and the observation group added empathic scheme on the basis of routine perioperative nursing.Before and after the training of empathy nursing group,the empathy level of group members was investigated;Anxiety,depression,pain and stress perception were measured in the two groups 1 day before operation,6 hours after operation and 1 day before discharge,and the differences of the above indexes between the two groups were compared.results:1.The anxiety score of the observation group(50.00 ± 3.00)was significantly lower than that of the Control Group(57.50 ± 3.50),and that of the Control Group(40.50 ± 2.50)was significantly lower than that of the control group(45.00 ± 3.00)on the first day before discharge The anxiety score(40.50 ± 2.50)in the observation group was lower than that(71.00 ± 5.00)and(50.00 ± 3.00)in the observation group at the first day before discharge.The differences of the above data were statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.The depression score of the observation group(46.00 ± 4.00)was significantly lower than that of the control group(53.50 ± 2.50),and that of the Control Group(37.50 ±2.50)was significantly lower than that of the control group(41.00 ± 2.00)on the first day before discharge The Depression score of the Observation Group(37.50 ± 2.50)was lower than that of the observation group(68.50 ± 4.50)and that of the observation group(46.00± 4.00).The differences of the above data were statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The pain score of the Observation Group(1.85 ± 0.20)was significantly lower than that of the Control Group(2.40 ± 0.25),and that of the Control Group(0.80 ± 0.15)was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.25 ± 0.25)The pain score(0.80 ±0.15)in the observation group was lower than that(5.45 ± 0.35)on the first day before discharge and(1.85 ± 0.20)on the sixth hour after operation.The differences of the above data were statistically significant(P< 0.01).4.The score of pressure perception in the observation group(16.60 ± 1.26)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.64 ± 2.72),and the score of pressure perception in the observation group(10.70 ± 1.84)was lower than that in the control group(12.58 ± 1.86)on the first day before discharge In the observation group,the perception of pressure(10.70 ± 1.84)before discharge was lower than that before operation(27.04 ±2.98)and after operation(16.60 ± 1.26).The differences of the above data were statistically significant(P < 0.01).conclusion:1.The establishment of perioperative empathetic scheme of Adenomyosis Hifu treatment is scientific and practical,can be accepted and adopted by patients,and has a strong clinical Operability.2.The application of empathetic nursing schemel in Adenomyosis patients during Hifu treatment can improve patients’ anxiety,depression and other negative psychological states,reduce the degree of pain,relieve the perceived pressure.3.It is feasible to carry out the perioperative empathetic scheme of Adenomyosis Hifu treatment for the clinical nursing and management of patients Adenomyosis Hifu reatment. |
