The Research Of Medicine Experience Of Professor Shui Diankui Treating Functional Dyspepsia Based On Data Mining

Objective:Professor ShuiDiankui is an academic leader of the national key specialty of spleen and stomach disease.He has been engaged in clinical,scientific research and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western me-dicine for a long time,accumulated rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treat-ment,and is good at the diagnosis and treatment of various gastrointestinal,hepato-biliary and other gastroenterology diseases.This study uses data mining techno-logy to analyze the clinical experience of the treatment of functional dyspepsia,in order to summarize and inherit the thinking and academic experience of the tutor,and provide experience for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Methods:1、This study plans to collect the outpatient prescription of functional dyspepsia patients in the first diagnosis of liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to June 2021.After screening and standardized treat-ment,348 cases were finally included.Case data information that meets the inclusion criteria was input into the Microsoft Office Excel form to establish a case data data-base.Microsoft Office Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the basic information statistics of case data,drug efficacy,four qi,five taste,drug classification,and drug categories,Professor ShuiDiankui commonly used drugs for FD,And the association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed,Get internal connections between commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,The combination of the drug was also analyzed,To explore the compatibility relation-ship between drugs,Combined with Professor ShuiDiankui certified treatment experience,Summarize the medication rules and academic thought of Professor ShuiDiankui in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Network pharmacological method is used to study the core prescription to predict its pharmacological mechanism from compon-ent-target-pathway,and also provides theoretical basis for future research.2、Based on network pharmacology methods,the mechanism of action of core prescription therapy to functional dyspepsia was explored.The TCM system pharmacology(TCMSP)database obtained the active ingredients and related targets contained in 10 drugs in the core prescription,converted them into gene names through the Uniprot online database,and imported them into Cytoscape 3.8.2 software to constitute the drug-active ingredient-target network map.Disease target genes corresponding to functional dyspepsia were obtained through Genecards and OMM databases,drug-disease intersection genes were obtained by Venn online tool,protein-protein interaction network(PPI)was constructed by STRING visualization software,and the results were visualized in the network.Intersection Target Gene Ontology(GO)classification and enrichment analysis,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genomics(KEGG)pathway analysis were performed with R 64 4.1.1 software.Results:A total of 348 prescription data were included in this study,including 134 males,or 38.7%,and 213 females,or 61.3%.The highest incidence rate between 50-59 was 95 cases,with 27.30%,followed by 30-39 and 40-49 years,with 20.40%and 17.82%,respectively.The main clinical symptoms are mainly epigastric distension(82.47%),belching(35.06%),dry mouth(30.46%),bitter mouth(30.17%),and loose stool(29.31%).The TCM syndrome mainly includes Spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome(77.29%),spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome(12.64%),spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome(2.29%),spleen deficiency and dampness(2.29%)and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(2.01%).The core drugs obtained were poria cocos,kernel,tangerine peel,opu,pinellia,Guizhi,puzzle,ginger,merilla,patchouli,etc.The core drugs are pinellia-porhoe,pinhoe-porhoe,tangerine peel-porhoe,pinilla-porhoe,pinellia-sandstone,pinellia-tangerine,tangerine peel-tangerine,pinellia-tangerine,thick pu-tangerine,pinellia-thick pu,wu zhuyu-huang lian.Conclusion:1、The location of functional dyspepsia is in the stomach,closely related to the liver and spleen,and the combination of spleen deficiency is the foundation of the disease,the rise and loss of the spleen and stomach,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness are the standard of the disease.tonifying the spleen and stomach,the foundation is the treatment of the disease is the basic principle,the spleen and stomach qi machine rise throughout before and after the progressive treatment,in the treatment of the normal temperature and clear,Xin open bitter drop,to warm with cool,to cool with temperature.The common prescriptions for the treatment of FD include stomach Yang soup,Zhishi antiruffian pill,Banxia heart soup,six gentleman soup,Zuojin pill,Wu Zhuyu soup,Er Chen soup,etc.2、Network pharmacology studies show that the core prescriptions such as sitosterol,quercetin,luteolin,myristerol,dehydrodiisoeugenol directly act on AKT1,CASP3,CCND1,CTNNB1,BCL2L1,CASP8 and other related targets and play a role,KEGG enrichment analysis showed that it was related to multiple signaling pathways such as IL-17 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway.The results of this research are only predicted and analyzed theoretically,and the specific mechanism of action needs to be further proved by practice and experiment,which also provides the basis and basic ideas for the future related research and experimental design.
