| Objective: To analyze the advantages and safety of applying the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery with integrated Chinese and Western medicine in clinical treatment to manage the perioperative period of patients with common bile duct stones, which can promote postoperative recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in 60 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to the department of hepatobiliary Surgery of a Grade III Class A hospital from January 2021 to February 2022.60 patients were randomly divided into study group(ERAS group integrated with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine)and control group(routine perioperative group)using a randomized controlled study protocol. The time of first postoperative ambulation, time of first postoperative exhaust and defecation, postoperative pain control, length of hospital stay and cost, incidence of postoperative complications, duration of abdominal drainage tube retention, preoperative and postoperative biochemical indicators of blood routine(WBC,NEUT%,CRP),liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL)and other changes were analyzed and compared between the two groups. To explore the advantages and safety of applying the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in perioperative management of choledocholithiasis patients.Results:1.The time of getting out of bed in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05).The time of anal exhaust and defecation in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P <0.05).The postoperative pain control in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The number of days of hospitalization in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The hospitalization cost of the study group was less than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05).The postoperative complications in the study group were less than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The retention time of abdominal drainage tube in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender,BMI value, surgical history, surgical time, blood loss and surgical method between the two groups(P>0.05).Preoperative biochemical indicators blood routine(WBC,NEUT%,CRP,etc.),liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL)and other levels between the two groups were compared. There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Biochemical indexes, blood routine(NEUT%,CRP,etc.)and liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL)in both groups on the 5th day after surgery were lower than those before surgery, and the indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with Traditional Chinese and Western medicine has advantages and is safe and effective for patients undergoing choledocholithiasis surgery.2.The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with Traditional Chinese and Western medicine is beneficial to promote the postoperative recovery of patients with common bile duct stones, effectively reduce postoperative pain, promote the improvement and recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce the length and cost of hospital stay. |
