| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pingwei Jianpi Granule on children chronic cough Stomach Strengthening Spleen Weak Dampness Obstruction Syndrome.Methods:According to the principle of random grouping,64 children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,with32 cases in each group.The treatment group took Pingwei Jianpi Granule and the control group took Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid,a Chinese patent medicine.The treatment course of the two groups was 14 days.After the treatment course,the TCM syndrome score and symptom score of the two groups were compared.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the clinical efficacy difference between Pingwei Jianpi Granule and Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid.Results:During the treatment,1 case fell off in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.Finally,31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were obtained.After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in total score,main symptom cough,secondary symptom expectoration,fatigue,periocular color,bloating after eating(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in bad breath and tongue coating(P>0.05).It shows that Pingwei Jianpi Granule is better than Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in improving cough,expectoration,fatigue,periocular color and bloating after eating,and has the same effect in improving bad breath and tongue coating.The effective rate was 96.8% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups,suggesting that Pingwei Jianpi Granule is better than Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of children’s chronic cough.Conclusion:Pingwei Jianpi Granule can effectively improve the symptoms and cough in children with Stomach Strengthening Spleen Weak Dampness Obstruction Syndrome,and improve the clinical curative effect. |
