Study On The Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation Of Premature Ventricular Contraction

Objective: The six meridian syndrome differentiation method was used to analyze and count the clinical information of patients with premature ventricular contraction,and to explore the law of sy ndrome differentiation of premature ventricular contraction,so as to provide reference for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of premature ventricular contraction.Method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the medical records of all patients with premature ventricular contraction were collected from September 2019 to September 2021 in the cardiovascular departments of the affiliated Hospital of Shan dong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.including patient basic information,chief complaint,current medical history,past history,six meridian symptoms,TCM four diagnostic information,diagnosis,onset information,course of disease and so on.And fill in the questionnaire of syndrome differentiation of six meridians of premature ventricular contraction.The Excel database was established,and the data were analyzed by SPSS,in order to summarize the six meridian syndrome differentiation distribution rules of premature ventricular contraction.Result:1.Among the 144 patients with premature ventricular contraction included in this study,there were 18 types of six meridian syndromes,including 82 cases of single meridian disease,accounting for 5 6.9%,the largest number,followed by 51 cases of two meridian disease accounted for 35.4% of 11 cases of three meridian disease accounted for 7.7%.2.Among the 144 patients with premature ventricular contraction included in this study,including 6 single meridian syndromes,8 double meridian syndromes and 4 triple meridian syndromes.Among them,Shaoyang,Shaoyin and Taiyin are the most common single menstrual diseases.The most common diseases of the two meridians are Taiyang Shaoyang disease,Shaoyang Ya ngming disease and Shaoyang Shaoyin disease.There are four kinds of diseases in the three meridians: Taiyang Yang Ming Shaoyang disease,Tangyang Yang Ming Shaoyin disease,Taiyang Shaoyang Shaoyin disease,Taiyang Yangming Shaoyin disease,accounting for about7.7%.3.Most of the 144 patients with premature ventricular contraction suffered from a variety of chronic diseases,accounting for about 60%,of which the most common complications were essential hypertension,hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease.4.Through Logistic analysis,the incidence of Taiyin disease was negatively correlated with age,Yangming disease and hyperlipidemia syndrome.Conclusion: Among the patients with premature ventricular contraction,mono-meridian disease is the main,two-meridian disease is the second,and three meridian disease is the least,among which Shaoyang disease is the most common.In addition,young patients with premature ventricular contraction are more likely to show the symptoms of Taiyin disease,while patients with hyperlipidemia are less likely to have symptoms of Yangming disease.
