Objective: The purpose of this study is to intervene in elderly patients with hypertension with kidney qi deficiency syndrome and set up a control group through "Yikidney-antihypertensive prescription",observe the changes of blood pressure and TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment and evaluate the efficacy.The changes of blood lipid levels and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of Yishengjiangya prescription was evaluated.At the same time,the feasibility of using transcriptome theory to study renal qi deficiency syndrome of senile hypertension was explored through literature research,laying a theoretical foundation for the study of senile hypertension in the microscopic field.Methods: A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed with senile hypertension with kidney qi deficiency syndrome and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by number table method from August 2020 to December 2021.The two groups of patients were given health education and guided to improve their living habits.On this basis,the two groups of patients were given drug intervention for 12 weeks.Control group received Levamlodipine maleate tablets(2.5mg per tablet,1-2 tablets per time according to patient’s condition,once a day).The experimental group was additionally given "Kidney Yishen and blood pressure lowering Prescription"(prepared into granules and taken orally,1 dose at a time,twice a day).The changes of blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level and safety indexes(blood routine,liver function,kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.)were observed before and after treatment in 2groups.Results: In terms of antihypertensive efficacy,blood pressure in both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in antihypertensive effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the SYNDROME score of the experimental group decreased more(P <0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was more effective(P < 0.05).Blood lipids: compared with before treatment,treatment group HDL levels increased significantly after treatment(P <0.05),low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,total cholesterol levels significantly decreased(P < 0.05)and control group before and after the treatment of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,total cholesterol levels were no statistical difference(P > 0.05);After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride and total cholesterol between the two groups(P < 0.05).Safety evaluation: During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in 2 groups,and the vital signs of patients in 2 groups were stable before and after treatment,and no abnormal changes in blood routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram were observedConclusion: Clinical study results show that on the basis of taking Levamlodipine maleate tablet combined with taking yikidney-antihypertensive prescription for the treatment of elderly patients with renal qi deficiency syndrome of hypertension can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients and regulate blood lipid levels while ensuring the efficacy of blood pressure reduction,and it is safe and reliable.Part of the theoretical discussion shows that the application of transcriptome technology in the study of senile hypertension syndrome of kidney qi deficiency has a good feasibility.
