Network Pharmacology Study And Clinical Case Observation On The Therapeutic Rffect Of Ginkgo Biloba Extract On Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective: To explore the mechanism of action of Ginkgo biloba in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis through network pharmacology,and to observe its efficacy through clinical research,so as to confirm the effectiveness of Ginkgo biloba in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,so as to guide clinical treatment.Methods: This study is planned to be divided into two parts.The first part uses network pharmacology to construct a drug-target-disease network,conduct topology analysis and join molecular docking to verify the mechanism of action of Ginkgo biloba in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.In the second part,a total of 60 patients who met the requirements of clinical research were screened and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group according to a group of 30 patients.Both groups of patients maintained the original treatment,and were given standard basic treatment(oxygen therapy,diluted sputum,antispasmodic and antiasthmatic,etc.)with the change of their condition.The treatment group was treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves on the basis of the control group for 3 months.After 3 months,the indexes of TCM syndrome,TCM curative effect,lung function,six-minute walktest,percutaneous oxygen saturation,dyspnea scale rating and St.George’s respiratory questionnaire score were statistically analyzed.Results: The results of network pharmacology show that the core components of Ginkgo biloba are flavonoids.It may treat pulmonary fibrosis by exerting anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities,regulating the relative balance of MMP9\TIMP1,regulating cell apoptosis,regulating cytokines,and regulating immunity.The statistical analysis of the clinical research results can be found that the observation indexes of the control group have not improved significantly.The curative effect of the treatment group is mainly reflected in improving the cough symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients,and slightly improved in other aspects,but the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion: Through the results of network pharmacology and clinical research,it can be confirmed that Ginkgo biloba is effective in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis to a certain extent.
