| Objective: To observe and study the clinical efficacy of Liaozhe Yugu pills in promoting the healing of osteotomy surface after high tibial osteotomy and explore its mechanism and practical value.Methods: According to the principle of random allocation,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)after they signed the information letter and numbered consecutively.The control group received oral treatment of Shangke Jiegu tablets after high tibial osteotomy,and the observation group received oral treatment of Liaozhe Yugu pills after High tibial osteotomy.The X ray scores of patients in the two groups at different time points before and after treatment,the knee function evaluation,VAS scores of patients in the two groups after treatment and the complications of treatment were statistically analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score between 2 groups(P>0.05),and the decrease level of VAS score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).X-ray film results of this study showed that the degree of fracture healing was getting better over time,and the healing of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and no complications occurred in both the study group and the control group.Conclusion: For patients with knee osteoarthritis which received High tibial osteotomy,applyin Liaozhe Yugu pills as an adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect,promote the healing of bone cutting,reduce the pain of patients,significantly improve the function of knee joint,and then improve the patients quality of life,can be further applied in clinic. |
