Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In Improving The Pre Pregnancy State Of Increased Uterine Artery Blood Flow Resistance In Patients With Recurrent Abortion

Objective: by analyzing the TCM symptom score,uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and other laboratory indexes before and after treatment,to observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in improving the pre pregnancy state of increased uterine artery blood flow resistance in patients with recurrent abortion,so as to provide effective TCM treatment and research ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 90 cases of recurrent abortion with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into three groups.30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Bushen Huayu Yangxue recipe,30 cases in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture,and 30 cases in the acupuncture drug combination group were treated with Bushen Huayu Yangxue recipe combined with acupuncture.The clinical symptom scores,uterine artery hemodynamic parameters,D-dimer and thromboelastogram of the three groups before and after treatment were observed.The curative effects of the three treatment methods were compared and analyzed.The uterine artery hemodynamic parameters of patients who were not pregnant and not treated with other drugs after two menstrual cycles were followed up to evaluate the long-term effects of the three treatment schemes.Results: after treatment,30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group,28 cases in the acupuncture group and 29 cases in the acupuncture drug combination group finally completed the test:(1)the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the three groups after treatment,30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group,the total effective rate was 73.3%,28 cases in the acupuncture group,the total effective rate was 71.4%,and 29 cases in the acupuncture drug combination group,the total effective rate was89.7%;It can be seen that the combined acupuncture and medicine group has the best clinical comprehensive curative effect,the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is similar to that of the acupuncture group,and the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group is slightly higher than that of the acupuncture group.(2)The TCM symptom scores of the three groups decreased(P < 0.05),and the three treatment methods had certain effects.After treatment,the curative effect of the acupuncture drug combination group was significantly better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P > 0.05).(3)After treatment,the hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery in the three groups can be reduced,which is statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery in the acupuncture drug combination group are significantly lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P < 0.05).There is no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P > 0.05),but the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is slightly better than that of the acupuncture group.(4)After treatment,the indexes of angle and MA in the thromboelastogram of the three groups decreased,and the comparison within the group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of K and R indexes in the thromboelastogram of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The level of D-dimer in acupuncture drug combination group decreased after treatment,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the level of D-dimer in acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group did not change significantly(P > 0.05).The curative effect of acupuncture group was slightly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P < 0.05).There is no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P > 0.05).(5)After two menstrual cycles,the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters in the acupuncture drug combination group were not significantly increased compared with those after treatment(P > 0.05).The uterine artery hemodynamic parameters in the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group were increased compared with those after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: both traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can effectively improve the pre pregnancy TCM symptoms of patients with recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,reduce the blood flow resistance of uterine artery and improve the blood coagulation state.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine is slightly better than acupuncture.When the two are used together,the curative effect is more significant,and the long-term curative effect is better.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve the pre pregnancy state of patients with increased uterine artery blood flow resistance and recurrent abortion.
