Correlation Analysis Of Emotional Factors And TI-RADS Grading Of Thyroid Nodule

Objective:The status quo of Ti-RADS grade of nodules in inpatients with thyroid nodules was investigated,its influencing factors were studied,and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine sentiment on the grade was analyzed to deeply understand the influence of thyroid nodules grade,so as to provide empirical basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of early onset and later disease development.Methods:Using cross-sectional survey method,in September 2020-January2022 selected in the second affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM endocrinologist and 138 patients with thyroid nodules,general surgery ward patients face to face interview type to collect data,using the basic data acquisition table,five volunteers measurement questionnaire,combined with patient’s hospitalization of laboratory tests,imaging data,The corresponding clinical data were summarized and analyzed using SPSS26.0.Results:1.138 patients with thyroid nodules had 56 normal emotions and82 abnormal emotions(9 with hi,33 with anger,21 with sadness,17 with si,and 2 with panic).2.Univariate analysis showed that the number,diameter and abnormal mood of thyroid nodules were the factors of Ti-RADS grade of thyroid nodules(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,BMI/ smoking,alcohol consumption,blood sugar,blood lipid and Ti-RADS grade of thyroid nodules.(P > 0.05).3.Multivariate analysis showed that the number of nodules,diameter of nodules,emotion of anger,emotion of sadness and emotion of thinking were the main factors of imaging Ti-RADS grading of thyroid nodules(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of thyroid nodules is increasing day by day,the incidence is hidden,and the probability of malignancy is also higher than before.It is necessary to early detection and intervention,in order to delay the occurrence of thyroid nodules and develop to the direction of malignancy.2.Increased number of nodules,large diameter of nodules,anger,sadness and thought were independent factors of imaging thyroid nodules TI-RADS grading.
