Study On The Drug Compatibility Law And Characteristics Of Professor Qi Yuanfu Using Heat-Clearing And Detoxification Method To Treat Lung Cancer

Objective:Basic on "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software(V2.5)",data mining method was used to explore the drug compatibility law and characteristics of Qi Yuanfu’s method of clearing heat and detoxifying in the treatment of lung cancer,to provide experience for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in TCM and broaden the ideas of TCM treatment of lung cancer.Methods:TCM prescriptions of lung cancer patients treated by Professor Qi Yuanfu in the ward and outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2021 were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted based on "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software(V2.5)" to obtain the medication rules and diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Qi Yuanfu in the treatment of lung cancer.To summarize professor Qi Yuanfu’s experience and characteristics of drug compatibility in the treatment of lung cancer by clearing heat and detoxifying method,and providing new reference for the clinical treatment of lung cancer.Results:By using "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software(V2.5)" for collected a total of 486 prescription 163 patients,data mining and analysis,it is concluded that when professor Qi Yuanfu in the treatment of lung cancer,the top 10 most frequently used drugs are scutellaria,polyphylla,spreading hedyotis herb,radix glycyrrhizae,cynanchum glaucescens,platycodon grandiflorum,cordate houttuynia,pericarpium trichosanthis,longstamen onion buib,almond.The four qi and five flavors used in Professor Qi Yuanfu’s prescription are mainly bitter and cold,and according to the statistics of drug meridian,the top five meridians are lung,stomach,spleen,liver and large intestine.According to the classification statistics of the 50 most frequently used Traditional Chinese medicines,the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines are heat-clearing drugs,and heat-clearing antidotes are the main ones.Through drug association rules,a total of 85 core drug combinations were obtained under the rule of prescription grouping,among which the most frequently used core drug pairs were Scutellaria baicalensis and Chonglou,and 26 new core drug combinations and 12 new prescriptions were obtained through the algorithm of unsupervised system entropy clustering.Conclusion:It can be concluded from the data analysis results that professor Qi Yuanfu’s treatment of lung cancer is mainly based on clearing heat and detoxifying methods.At the same time,the good clitnical effect can be obtained by using the methods of relieving cough,resolving phlegm,relieving asthma,strengthening the principal and regulating qi.
