Objective:To explore the related influencing factors and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in prolonged menstrual period, and to provide reference for the prevention and clinical treatment of prolonged menstrual period.Methods:120 patients with prolonged menstrual period and 120 healthy female volunteers in the same period were selected to fill in the questionnaires on related factors.Use statistical software to analyze the collected relevant information. At the same time, the clinical symptoms, tongue image and pulse conditions of 120 patients with prolonged menstrual period were collected and sorted out,and the distribution of TCM syndromes was explored by cluster analysis.Results:1.Among the 120 patients with prolonged menstrual period, the youngest was19 years old.The average age was(34.73±5.91)years.The female patients aged31-40 years old were the most, accounting for 59.16%.2.The course of 120 patients with prolonged menstrual period ranged from3 months to 8 years.Among them, the majority of patients with a course of 1-3years,accounting for 43.33%.3.The menstrual cycles of 120 patients were within the range of 21 days to 35 days, and the cycles were generally normal.Patients with menstruation duration of 10-11 days were the majority, accounting for 38.33%.4.Compared with the control group, the single factor analysis showed that cold stimulation during menstruation, intense exercise during menstruation, menstrual sexual life, the number of abortions, the number of cesarean sections, the history of vaginitis, irregular menstruation of mother, the frequency of staying up late, frequent depression and frequent irritability were related to the onset of prolonged menstrual period(P<0.05).5.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for prolonged menstrual period included history of cesarean section, high frequency of induced abortion, cold stimulation during menstruation, intense exercise during menstruation, menstrual sexual life, frequent staying up late, frequent depression and frequent irritability(OR>1,P<0.05).6.Through cluster analysis, the distribution of TCM syndromes in 120 patients with prolonged menstrual period were as follows:qi deficiency syndrome(51.67%),blood stasis syndrome(24.17%),syndrome of yin deficiency and blood heat(12.50%),damp heat accumulation syndrome(11.67%).Conclusions:1.Menstrual prolongation is relatively high in the age group of 31-40 years old.The course of prolonged menstrual period is mostly 1-3 years. The menstrual cycle of patients was basically normal.More patients had menstruation for 10-11 days.2.Cold stimulation, intense exercise during menstruation, menstrual sexual life, history of cesarean section, high frequency of induced abortion, frequent staying up late, frequent depression and irritability are risk factors for prolonged menstrual period.3.Distribution of TCM syndromes of prolonged menstrual period:qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, syndrome of yin deficiency and blood heat, damp heat accumulation syndrome. |
