Objective: This study is mainly to study the early clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with total internal technique for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL),and then based on the observation of the curative effect of surgical reconstruction as the mainstay of traditional Chinese medicine and external therapy as supplementary treatment for anterior cruciate ligament injury,to establish a safer and more effective treatment method for the treatment of ACL with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and to provide reference for the various choices of clinical treatment of ACL.Method: This study selected 40 patients who were diagnosed in the Fourth Department of Orthopedics(Arthrology)of Guangxi Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,agreed to undergo arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery, and were followed up according to random numbers.Table method was divided into treatment group and observation group,20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with total internal technique, and the control group was treated with total internal technique alone. The visual analogue scale(VAS),knee joint swelling degree, knee flexion range of motion,Lysholm and Lysholm before operation, the second week after operation,1 month after operation, and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups of patients. The scores and 2000 International Knee documentation committee(IKDC)scores were used for statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy, and SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical data analysis and processing. Results: All 40 patients included in the study successfully completed all courses of treatment and postoperative follow-up,and no cases were dropped or excluded. There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, body mass index(BMI)and other basic conditions(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after surgery, the second week after surgery,1 month after surgery,3 months after surgery, and before and after the same group. There were significant differences(P>0.05)in the VAS score in the second week after operation and 1 month after the follow-up(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after the same group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the degree of knee joint swelling between the two groups of patients, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery,1 month after surgery, and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05),but in the second week after surgery There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of joint swelling(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after the same group(P<0.05).In terms of knee flexion range of motion, there was no significant difference in knee flexion range of motion between the two groups before surgery and three months after surgery(P>0.05).The comparison of knee flexion range of motion was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups of patients before and after the same group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lysholm scores of the two patients at different time periods were analyzed, and the results showed that there was no significant difference in the Lysholm scores between the two groups before surgery and the second week after surgery(P>0.05).The difference in Lysholm score in the last 3 months was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group. There was no difference between the two groups in the same group before and after the second week after the operation.Statistical significance(P>0.05),there were significant differences between 1 month after operation and the second week after operation, and between 3 months after operation and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference in the 2000 IKDC scores between the two groups before surgery and the second week after surgery(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in 2000 IKDC scores(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group;similarly, there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after the same group in the second week after surgery and before surgery There were significant differences(P>0.05)between 1 month after operation and the second week after operation, and between 3 months after operation and 1month after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with total internal technique and pure internal technique can achieve ideal curative effect for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury.(2)In terms of short-term effects such as postoperative analgesia, elimination of swelling, muscle tension and joint stiffness, the therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with total internal technique is better than that of pure internal technique.(3)In terms of motor function, the wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with the total internal technique has a more significant effect on the recovery of the joint function of the affected limb within 1-3 months after the operation than the total internal technique alone. |
