Objective: 1.To analyze the medication rules of the effect of ventilating Lung Qi method for treating Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and mine the effective medication characteristics.2.Using network pharmacology to explore the possible molecular intervention mechanism of ventilating Lung Qi in the treatment of COPD.Methods: 1.The databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chongqing VIP Database and VIP database(VIP)were used to retrieve the documents of COPD treated with Chinese medicine of ventilating Lung Qi method.Use the data mining technology of the SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 to analyze the included data,summarize the results and draw conclusions,and explore the ventilating Lung Qi method of treating COPD.2.the method of network pharmacology was used to obtain the target of core pharmaceutical groups in the treatment of COPD.Using drag target databases scree the effective constituents.to analyse the GO functional enrichment of the network,biological process and signal pathway enrichment analyse of the core targets.Results: 1.There are 115 prescriptions in this study,involving 168 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication was1272.The results of the ten herbs with the highest frequency are: bitter almond,ephedra,licorice,Pinellia,Campanulaceae,Chenpi,perilla,mulberry,poria,and aster.The four qi properties of the medicines in the prescription are mostly warm.The medicinal taste should be more acrid,bitter,and sweet.The five flavors of the medicines in the prescription are mostly The five internal organs and six organs of the medicine are included,of which the lung meridian is the main one.Cough-relieving and phlegm-resolving drugs are more common.According to Association rule analysis the core drug combination is: Bitter almond-Pinellia ternata-Chenpi.According to cluster analysis,we can obtained four groups:(1)Aster,coltsfoot,perilla,mulberry,scutellaria,and fritillary;(2)licorice,platycodon,tangerine peel,tuckahoe,pinellia,bitter almond;(3)Magnolia,rhubarb,melon,peach kernel;(4)Ephedra,Dilong,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,melon peel.2.Through network pharmacology research,77 active components of the party involved in COPD.A total of 3995 biological processes,372 cellular component expressionprocesses and 573 processes related to molecular function were obtained by GOenrichment analysis.A total of 237 pathways were obtained by KEGG,which were significantly enriched in cancer signaling pathway,cancer c AMP signaling pathway,and necroptosis.signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion(s): 1.According to data mining,this study obtains the drugs for the treatment of COPD by Ventilating Lung Qi method.The four qi properties of the medicines in the prescription are mostly warm.The medicinal taste should be more acrid,bitter,and sweet.The five flavors of the medicines in the prescription are mostly The five internal organs and six organs of the medicine are included,of which the lung meridian is the main one.Cough-relieving and phlegm-resolving drugs are more common.It can be divided into four types,which can be clinically treated according to the patient’s condition.2.Through network pharmacology,bitter almond-Pinellia ternata-Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress response,regulation of cell growth and differentiation,and anti-necrosis effects.
