| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with wuqin Acrobatic exercise on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, providing a new entry point for the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: A total of 60 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease conforming to inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 patients in each group). The treatment group was treated with abdominal massage combined with wuqinxi exercise, while the control group was treated with abdominal massage combined with brisk walking. Both groups were treated once a day,5 times a week,6 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and liver B-ultrasonography were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:(1)Comparison of lipid metabolism indexes: Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in TC and TG between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After treatment,TC and TG in both groups decreased compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,TC and TG in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of liver function indexes: Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in ALT and AST between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After treatment,ALT and AST in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in the decrease of ALT and AST between 2 groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of liver B-ultrasound: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After treatment,b-ultrasound of liver in both groups decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the therapeutic effect of b-ultrasound on liver in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of clinical efficacy: among 30 cases in the treatment group,4 cases were cured,3 cases were significantly effective,17 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.00%;In the control group,2 cases were cured,2 cases were effective,19 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.66%.Chi-square test showed no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but rank sum test showed statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):(1)Both methods can reduce blood lipid and serum transaminase and improve liver b-ultrasound,but abdominal massage combined with Wuqinxi can better reduce fat and improve liver B-ultrasound.(2)Abdominal massage combined with Wuqinxi therapy has better efficacy in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which may become a new entry point for clinical treatment of the disease. |
